The property was very clean and had lots of amenities, the host was helpful and pleasant to interact with. There was a great selection of coffee, tea and hot cocoa with lots of flavor syrups and they had a great snack selection which the kids were very happy about. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was even very gracious about us being a little behind on check out time which was very much appreciated.

Great place for bass fishermanand putting two boats under a roof to get tackle ready. Just all the place needs is more lighting under parking shed area. But I always take a portable light unit.

The property was perfect for what we were doing. Sons fishing captain and partner were very close to the lake to start they're tournament. The wife and twin sons came out and loved the house especially the loft. That was a big hit. Grill was great for the steaks and pork chops. Plenty of room if we had more people with us. Definately would stay again.

Nice quick trip

The home was clean and quiet, which was good for us as we just stayed for less than 12 hours. My husband and I came in for a quick fishing trip and the home was less than 5 minutes to the dock we went out of so very nice for us. We got in late and watched a little tv, then straight to bed and up early. The owners were easy to communicate with and had the information to get into the home for us in plenty of time. Everything we did use was great.

Nice Clean Place to Stay

The house was as described. Home was clean, well stocked and had covered parking for my boat. The neighborhood, though gated, left any restrictions behind quite a few years ago. There are nice places and there are dumps in the near vicinity. My wife questioned whether or not o should have unhitched my boat to leave for town or not. Excellent location for fishing Lake Fork. Things the property owner cannot control: the roads going to the house and the boat ramp are gravel at best. We went from dust to sticky wet, which got my truck and boat filthy. The miniature golf course needs a lot of work and only one basketball goal had a backboard. Have said this the host was excellent and we had no true issues during our stay. The things I mentioned, I felt should be disclosed.

This place was excellent. The house was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Just absolutely too cute! We felt very welcomed with the sweet note left by owner, and it had all the necessities plus some! Definitely would recommend Fishing Fishing Fishing as the place to stay if in the area!
