Stayed here a few years back and it was excellent. This time was a little disappointed. Room was not up to a 5 star hotel. On arrival tv didn’t work and room as awfully hot. Bathroom outdated. However, food at the restaurant was excellent and so was service. Thy got things taken care of very professionally.

Fine hotel but needs to train for five stars.

The hotel had all the facilities to be a five star hotel. However, the service and behaviour at the place - all over - was not according to the service we normally tend to experience at places in that category. The Way of adressing People. The breakfast serving was especially poor. And the breakfast was not of a good quality. We visited the Michelin rated restaurant The Taller, at the hotel. The food was special but the serving and timing of serving not according to Michelin standard. The appropiate Wine was not derved to the food and we good it late for seven out of 8 dishes.

Hotel a la altura de su vino.

Lo mas destacado en nuestra visita fue el trato del personal, la visita fue excelente (merito de nuestra guia). El desayuno también fue excepcional y el trato de la camarera en el bar tanto a la atura de excelencia. La habitación, sin lujos destacados, está muy bien. Quizás lo único mejorable son las vistas que teníamos desde la habitación a una zona donde se amontonaba basura. Detalle digno de mención la botella de 3/8 de Arzuaga crianza, así como las copas para degustarlo, esta sublime Gracias por todo
