"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is clean and the staff standing at the door were very attentive and courteous asking if you need them to order a taxi for you, opening the door, and assisting guests with their luggage. I would have liked if at check in, I was given information of the hotels amenities such as their restaurant locations and hours of operation, bar areas and dress code, room service information, pool location and hours of operation. Lastly, there was no room safe, we were missing the door signs you hang on the door nomb for "Do not Disturb", and we were not provided with a complementary water bottle for our coffee. It would be nice to see staff smile a little more, for the most part, everyone seemed very serious. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and felt safe. We will definitely return.
