"We have stayed at this property on different occasions and until this last stay had no complaints. I found the room organized but every surface and floor sticky and dirty. Bathroom didn't look that clean either. Upholstery of sofa and chairs stained. After a very long day at FSU came back to find room undone and front desk staff telling me they only offer housekeeping every 4 days of your stay?? They don't even take out the garbage or put clean towels. Gym is nice but very basic. Staff is polite. Breakfast was quite good. Nice property but very dirty. What a pity!!"
