Aucun moyen de ranger vos habits, nettoyage laisse à désirée. Super balcon mais qui n'était pas nettoyé du tout . Autrement très belle vue et appartement lumineux. Manque un lave linge.

bonne situation avec terrasse face à la mer . cependant les trois convertibles pour 2 personnes occupent un peu trop l'espace à vivre ; nous aurions préféré un seul lit pour 2 personnes, ne nécessitant pas tous les jours de l'ouvrir et de le fermer. Sinon, tout est parfait aussi bien au niveau de la propreté que de la décoration.

Viel mehr Schein als Sein

Leider hat das Appartement nicht das gehalten, was man aufgrund der Fotos und der Beschreibung hätte vermuten können. Die Wohnung ist sehr abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Rolladen- und Jalousiensystem. Der Rolladen lässt sich nicht mehr bedienen, da die Kurbel aus der Halterung herausgerissen war, die Kurbel der Jalousie ging so schwerfällig, dass man sich kaum traute, sie zu bedienen. Das Glas am Terrassengeländer sitzt auch nicht mehr richtig in der Halterung, man hat das Gefühl, dass es jeden Augenblick herausfällt. Die Möblierung der Wohnung - insbesondere die Betten sind eine Zumutung - ist schlichtweg geschmacklos und im Bad und WC funktioniert zwar alles, komfortabel und modern ist jedoch etwas anderes. Zum Glück hatten wir immer gutes Wetter und brauchten uns immer nur kurz in der Wohnung aufzuhalten. Der Blick auf das Meer und Teile des Hafens entschädigte etwas. Ein Wiederkommen ist jedoch für uns unter diesen Umständen ausgeschlossen. Schade, denn die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und das Auto steht sicher in der Anlage. Fazit: selbst dann, wenn man keine Miete zahlen müsste, müsste man sich überwinden im Appartement wohnen zu wollen. Mit einer überschaubaren Investition und ein wenig mehr Geschmack könnte man daraus einen Schmuckkasten machen. Aber so? Einmal und nicht wieder!
