Matelas et sommier en mauvais Ă©tat. Prise de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Douche pleine de moisissures et non Ă©tanche. AprĂšs avoir pris sa douche, il y a de l'eau devant la porte. TĂ©lĂ©vision en allemand. La serrure de la porte d'entrĂ©e commence Ă  ĂȘtre fatiguĂ©e. Sinon, pour le reste, c'est correct. L'emplacement est trĂšs bien et calme.

DECEPTION

Nous passons par Abritel rĂ©guliĂšrement et sommes pour la premiĂšre fois déçus de notre logement. Maison sale , mauvaises odeurs ( toilettes nausĂ©abondes, odeur de tabac froid ). Aucune odeur de javel ou autre dĂ©sinfectant alors que nous sommes en pĂ©riode de COVID. Pot de brosse de toilette cassĂ© avec odeurs que nous avons dĂ» relĂ©guer dans un coin du jardin durant notre sĂ©jour. Terrasse non lavĂ©e, obligĂ©e de nettoyer le salon de jardin avant utilisation. Baie vitrĂ©e prĂ©sentant les traces de mains d'enfant. Appareils mĂ©nagers vieillissants voire cassĂ©. Four se situant dans le garage , dans la poussiĂšre, non lavĂ© Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et porte cassĂ©e. Lits prĂ©sentant encore des cheveux... Sets de table avec nutella encore incrustĂ©s. Lave vaisselle prĂ©sentant quelques disfonctionnements qui nous a conduits Ă  faire la vaisselle manuellement. Nous avons d'ailleurs dĂ» laver chaque ustensile et verre et assiette et plat et casserole avant utilisation. Poubelles non nettoyĂ©es ni dĂ©sinfectĂ©es. Nous avons retrouvĂ© des dĂ©chets et impossible de mettre les doigts dessus sans avoir lavĂ© celle de la cuisine. Nous avons donc dĂ» aller acheter produits mĂ©nagers, javel en pastilles que nous avons mis chaque soir dans les wc. Pas de signal cĂŽtĂ© tĂ©lĂ©vison. TF1 ne semble pas arrivĂ© jusque Quiberon; Et rĂ©cption difficile de France 2 ou M6. De plus, aprĂšs avoir rĂ©glĂ© l'acompte en janvier dernier auprĂšs d'Abritel, j'ai Ă©tĂ© directement dĂ©bitĂ©e du solde par le biais de ma carte bleue en juillet par l'agence Interhome ( dont je n'avais pas entendu parler ) sans aucune dĂ©marche de ma part. Ils ont fait de mĂȘme pour les taxes de sĂ©jour. J'ai eu beau demander comment cela Ă©tait possible, la responsable de l'agence Interhome Quiberon a toujours bottĂ© en touche !! Bref ! En rĂ©sumĂ©, trĂšs dĂ©cus. Cela nous a gĂąchĂ©s une bonne partie de nos vacances ! Je ne pense pas repasser par Abritel pour un sĂ©jour prochain.. Cordialement, Christine Desurmont

Il serait bien de vérifier les prises de courant car peut fonctionne (salle et chambre lit une personne ). Pas assez de lumiÚre dans la salle salon Au niveau cuisine il faudrait un grand faitout pour pouvoir cuire des crabes ou autre et aussi de quoi casser les coquillages et crustacés (pince, couteau a huitres) nous sommes dans une région ou il serait dommage de ne pas en manger . Sinon trÚs belle location et trÚs bien située

Logement parfaitement situé et trÚs bien équipé . Manque juste un fait tout pour cuire des moules .

Week-end de l'ascension à 3 adultes plus un chien. Tres bien installés. Quartier calme et proche du centre ville, possibilité d'y aller à pieds. Soleil au rendez-vous. Séjour magnifique.
