Matelas et sommier en mauvais état. Prise de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Douche pleine de moisissures et non étanche. Après avoir pris sa douche, il y a de l'eau devant la porte. Télévision en allemand. La serrure de la porte d'entrée commence à être fatiguée. Sinon, pour le reste, c'est correct. L'emplacement est très bien et calme.

DECEPTION

Nous passons par Abritel régulièrement et sommes pour la première fois déçus de notre logement. Maison sale , mauvaises odeurs ( toilettes nauséabondes, odeur de tabac froid ). Aucune odeur de javel ou autre désinfectant alors que nous sommes en période de COVID. Pot de brosse de toilette cassé avec odeurs que nous avons dû reléguer dans un coin du jardin durant notre séjour. Terrasse non lavée, obligée de nettoyer le salon de jardin avant utilisation. Baie vitrée présentant les traces de mains d'enfant. Appareils ménagers vieillissants voire cassé. Four se situant dans le garage , dans la poussière, non lavé à l'intérieur et porte cassée. Lits présentant encore des cheveux... Sets de table avec nutella encore incrustés. Lave vaisselle présentant quelques disfonctionnements qui nous a conduits à faire la vaisselle manuellement. Nous avons d'ailleurs dû laver chaque ustensile et verre et assiette et plat et casserole avant utilisation. Poubelles non nettoyées ni désinfectées. Nous avons retrouvé des déchets et impossible de mettre les doigts dessus sans avoir lavé celle de la cuisine. Nous avons donc dû aller acheter produits ménagers, javel en pastilles que nous avons mis chaque soir dans les wc. Pas de signal côté télévison. TF1 ne semble pas arrivé jusque Quiberon; Et récption difficile de France 2 ou M6. De plus, après avoir réglé l'acompte en janvier dernier auprès d'Abritel, j'ai été directement débitée du solde par le biais de ma carte bleue en juillet par l'agence Interhome ( dont je n'avais pas entendu parler ) sans aucune démarche de ma part. Ils ont fait de même pour les taxes de séjour. J'ai eu beau demander comment cela était possible, la responsable de l'agence Interhome Quiberon a toujours botté en touche !! Bref ! En résumé, très décus. Cela nous a gâchés une bonne partie de nos vacances ! Je ne pense pas repasser par Abritel pour un séjour prochain.. Cordialement, Christine Desurmont

Amelioration

Il serait bien de vérifier les prises de courant car peut fonctionne (salle et chambre lit une personne ). Pas assez de lumière dans la salle salon Au niveau cuisine il faudrait un grand faitout pour pouvoir cuire des crabes ou autre et aussi de quoi casser les coquillages et crustacés (pince, couteau a huitres) nous sommes dans une région ou il serait dommage de ne pas en manger . Sinon très belle location et très bien située

Logement parfaitement situé et très bien équipé . Manque juste un fait tout pour cuire des moules .

Week-end de l'ascension à 3 adultes plus un chien. Tres bien installés. Quartier calme et proche du centre ville, possibilité d'y aller à pieds. Soleil au rendez-vous. Séjour magnifique.
