Appartement bien situé avec petit balcon vue mer. Très propre et normes d'hygiène respectées.
Petite chambre donnant sur parking, au calme. Le balcon donne en revanche sur un bar qui diffuse de la musique en été.
Globalement, un bon séjour mais l'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement général (par exemple : porte d'entrée à la serrure difficile, décoration et équipement d'antan)

Uniquement pour les amateurs de bonnes surprises.
Nous y avons séjourné dernière semaine d'août et première de septembre. L'appartement est en tout point conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Son emplacement, sa disposition avec un maximum de soleil , sa propreté , son équipement plus que complet (réfrigérateur ,cuisiniére ,lave-vaisselle, lave-linge ,fer et table à repasser ,micro-ondes , télévision ,etc,etc ......).son parking avec garage dans une cour privée , tout celà en fait une location sans surprises désagréables.
Très proche des restaurants et des commerces ,situé à quelques centaines de métres de la gare maritine ou vous embarquerez pour Belle-Ile, ,Houat ou Hoedic , cet appart est aussi à proximité des plages ou de la côte sauvage.
En résumé , toute personne n'aimant pas les mauvaises surprises peuvent signer les yeux fermés et ce sans compter sur l'accueil hyper chaleureux des propriétaires qui vous attendent lors de votre arrivée avec une petite surprise. Bref que du bonheur et si l'avenir nous le permet nous y retournerons .
