My party and I stayed here for my wedding preparations because we had no other choice. All other good hotels with good reviews near the church are already fully booked. So, okay, we had to settle for Torre Venezia Hotel. Unfortunately I failed to check the reviews before booking (see, folks, that's why you must read reviews before booking). The room looks nice, the bed's okay, and I like that the air-conditioning's good, but we have a lot of qualms about this hotel's policies and overall quality of its services and amenities. Let me enumerate them: 1. The fridge in the room smelled bad. 2. Cockroaches in the bath tub. 3. We're not happy with the policy where food from outside and deliveries aren't allowed. There isn't even an option where guests can pay a corkage fee to bring in food and have food delivered from restaurants outside the hotel. Seriously, this sucks because your food is bad and bland, and I noticed that other reviewers already pointed that out from what, some two years ago? But you're not doing anything about it and you're still getting the same feedback about the quality of your food. Shame on you. The least you could do is allow people to buy food from outside and bring it in then just charge a corkage fee. If you gave your guests more freedom to eat what they want, then that would be better. 4. The food you provided for my suppliers and family was really horrible. You didn't even follow the correct orders and just gave fish fillet, pork chop, and chicken BBQ to everyone. That's bad because what if you did that to other guests and they have dietary restrictions or a special diet to follow? Here's the low-down on the food: * The fish fillet was like rubber. It was hard to slice * What's up with the packaging? A large styrofoam container with small servings of food? You've got to be kidding me. * The chicken barbecue and pork chop were dry. * The stringed beans (sitaw) you used for the vegetables had some rotten spots. Seriously, why would you serve serve something THIS POOR to your guests? 5. When we were checking out, we called the receptionist to send a bellboy up to pick up our things. A security personnel (?) came in to inspect the room and if any food or beverages have been consumed. That's cool and understandable, but the bellboy never arrived. Then, the receptionist called around past 12 noon (the checkout time) to remind us about the checking out, and that's when we reminded them that we need the bellboy to fetch our things. And that's when they had to send him up. 6. The swimming pool area. Why would you use regular tiles? They lack traction! So, they're slippery when wet. The only areas that are not slippery are the pool copings and the grills for the drain. Try walking on those tiles with wet bare feet, you'll end up slipping if you're not careful. Please try to invest in better paving material for your pool area if you want to prevent accidents.

Great staff and good breakfast. I very satified of this place. 7-11 convenient store is just around the corner and fast food store chains like Burged King, Mang Inasal & Mc Donald are just few minutes away.

My brother's and I decided to host my Ma & Pa's Golden Anniversary and I was left in charge. I had to do this long distance. I had several hotels to choose from and my choices were based on what I saw online. Pressed for time I decided to go with Torre Venezia Suites because of Nadi Nabong -Sales Account Manager she was prompt with her replies and easy to communicate with. Our event was held April 17th, 2017 and I highly recommend the Staff of Torre Venezia Suites. They were outstanding and exemplary with their services thus compensating for the hotel's shortcomings. Please know that my rating of 5 stars is for the staff and not the hotel facilities. We stayed at the hotel April 16th and 17th, 2017. The hotel is very badly in need of repairs. I can be contacted for further details.

Did not stay here overnight but for a meeting. Function rooms are good for small meetings of 15-20 pax. Location is convenient as well. Services is another story though as wifi connection in the function room is crappy and the food they serve is either too bland or salty.

their website is down and their lines could not be accessed at the moment. hard to get a confirmed booking. are they folding up anytime soon? the property looks good though. fine architecture. cozy lobby and interior. good location. premium piece of real estate

How do you have an upgrade and still have a lower quality room in exchange... they thought this was our first time.. !! stayed at panoramic suite.. NO hot water, NO BATHTUB.. must've stayed at TORRINI SUITE(but it was an upgrade as they say).. and you gotta be EXTRA, EXTRA careful at the BASEMENT PARKING..!! HORRENDOUS stay as at 9am-12mn, a pep rally/cheering from a network center is happening from the outside the bldg, so yes... we waited till they finished as we can;t get to sleep.. !!! Good Job Norman though, our bellboy, assisted us all the way.. Good machines at the GYM.. HAD a great workout.. !! Fine Breakfast buffet.. !! gonna have 2nd thoughts goin' back..

Pls dont stay here. Too expensive and it is not worth. What a run down piece of hell hole and the service is utterly poor. I felt like an idiot booking this through Accor hotel as I am a member and litereally felt like got cheated. Dont want even my worst enemy to stay here and infact vacated the room and went to Novotel right away. Money was wasted but at least I had a good night sleep. The AC in the room is run down and makes a hell of a noise.

Worst parking space, power interruption, saw 2 roaches in our room and cable is not that clear and had an interruption too. The room looks good but poor service and amenities. Quite disappointed......

Situated at Timog, Quezon City - Torre Venezia makes a good option for travellers who are staying in the city for a few nights. They have affordable room rates and the pool and in-house lounge comes very handy in case you want to cool off from Manila's bustling heat and to chill out during evenings with a glass of wine. Sometimes they have live performers too to entertain guests. Everyone here is friendly too!

First of All Thank you Torre Venezia Suites for your Accommodation and Services to us. Me and my Family been there this May 24, 2016. The room we got is Spacious. We had 3 Beds and a Sofa. We also had a flat screen TV that can rotate 360 Degrees and has a cable which is nice for relaxing. There is also WIFI or Internet in our room, We also had a CR/Restroom in it and it's clean with Toiletries and a blower for your hair. There is a mini Fridge, Heater or boiling water for coffee. They also have Cabinets and Tables that you may use for laptops. They also provide towels for you, that is the usual for hotels. The Air Condition was very nice and their bed was clean. Their Staff or Employees are very Accommodating and Very Helpful so Thank you Very Much for that. Some Things that I didn't like in Torre Venezia. 1. Parking Lot. We parked our car at their Basement 2 and it was hard to park my mom said because it was Steep and kinda Narrow. 2. Restroom or CR because the doors of it was Glass with blurred parts and that's not good for families or Friends or relatives inside a room because you can somehow see the people inside the CR. 3. Food. well I'm not satisfied for the food they offered us. 4. Wifi or Internet in our room the Internet was fine but connection is kinda on and off. Tips for you but not guaranteed okay for you. Just my Insight. 1. They have a small Swimming pool and Mini Gym there. Swimming pool is 9 Am to 10 Pm I think.not sure. 2. Buy food outside the hotel if you want to satisfy your hunger. 3. Just Enjoy the Hotel and Amenities, lower your expectation and be Thankful for everything. All my Comments/reviews are on my own. All I have said are the things I experienced All in All We did enjoy our Stay in Torre Venezia. I recommend it for you to try and experience the place.. Thank you Tripadvisor.
