Room was clean although not as nice as expected for the price but completely understandable as the value was in the view. Staff was amazing, everyone genuinely seemed to appreciate that we were there and were always attentive and responsive. The hotel location was excellent with restaurants, shops and the marina close by and of course the country was amazing.

Clean room and bathroom, good choice of breakfast, nice location and pool. Private access to beach. Parking was limited but they always found a spot for us. Walkable beach is rocky, just wear water shoes and you should be fine. Decent restaurant.

Clean rooms and grounds. Friendly staff. Good food. Wash cloths we could have been appreciated, but we saw this at another place, maybe they don't use them? The view from our room was beautiful! And we loved the monkeys every morning on our bAlcony. But watch your things! The walk to the beach is not the easiest but we did enjoy the beach. The pools, restaurant, bar and staff are great.its on a very steep hill so beware of that but staff will golf cart you up and down if desired.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Impressed by the hot breakfast, great variety. The breakfast restaurant has a great view of the ocean and rainforest by the beach. Very cozily decked up for the holidays! The guest service staff were very helpful. They helped us with day tours booking for various activities. Comfortable and luxurious stay. I highly recommend this place.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Property is on a steep hill, which I enjoyed but may not be suitable for everyone. + Bed was comfortable, AC worked great and was quiet, balcony had a nice view, shower had good pressure, room was clean, pool looked nice but not really a pool person, free parking = Breakfast food was okay, staff were nice, no elevators to upper floor - Monkeys stealing food at breakfast (fun the first time and the staff does a good job at trying to scare them off), shower drain was really loud, bathroom was mostly clean but possibly in the middle of a remodel, walk to "Hidden Beach" was charming but the beach itself was covered in beach chairs for sell and loud music at 8am in the morning.

The property has tight parking. My son was playing in the pool and got cut in his foot. The staff "examined" the pool and found nothing. Rooms were ok. There is a small pathway that takes you to a beach. The beach was a bit rocky so it wasn't as pleasant to play in for kids.
