The staff was very friendly - the pool was amazing - the lush green facility was buzzing with birds !! The staff went out of the way to cater to our food needs and made fresh breakfast for us .. will highly recommend

We accidentally found this hotel and we were so lucky we did! It was convenient to the marina and downtown area. The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Each room is unique. Defiantly a botique hotel and j would love to go back!
This hotel is not worth the price we paid for it No running water overnight yet there was no provision or back up plan It is in a bad part of town Customer service was terrible Bugs in the kitchen mold smell - with wet paint
Beautiful location and grounds. The room/condo was huge, it felt like having my own house! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, booking a tour for me and also fixing an internet connection problem I had. The staff recommended dinner at Club Banana, located right at the bottom of the hill. Great suggestion, the food was amazing, and I loved that it was a local joint, not a typical tourist place!
The drive in sets the tone. You're in Quepos, not the National Park. When you pull through the gate you'll see that you've made the right choice. You're secluded from the madness of the hotels nearer the park, and you've got a great view of the jungle around you. We viewed birds, drank a few beers, ate a breakfast and enjoyed the pool at Las Cascadas during our brief stay. We would love to have stayed longer. It was a great place to be. We had our kids with us, so this was a family trip. We loved it as such, but it would be great for couples too I'm sure.
Nice place to stay in Quepos, very close to the marina. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If we had hot water and wifi, I would have ranked higher.
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Las Cascadas. The owner and staff are tremendously friendly and helpful. Whenever we wanted to do something we just mentioned it and the owner set everything up for us. The breakfast is delicious home cooked with fresh local ingredients. The location is nestled in a hillside right near a small residential area and a school..so you get the feeling you're in with the locals. There is an nice marina a short walk away and Quepos is right around the corner. I cannot wait to go back!
Las Cascadas is the perfect tropical getaway! Nestled up in the hills of Quepos, Las Cascadas is charmingly small and private, clean, and inviting. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful when we wanted to go on Costa Rican adventures or explore the local culinary scene. The rooms were quaint, but nice and the restaurant was a tasty breakfast spot! We loved everything about this hotel and when we go back to Costa Rica it will be our home away from home. Thank you for a great experience!!
this is a small hotel but it is very Costa RIcan. The staff was great along with the owner who lives onsite. Breakfast was fist class. It was home cooked and made to order. The wifi was so-so. i could only get it from the pool area and not the room. The hotel is hard to find but it is secluded from the public.

Hello Leslyn It should be mentioned that you came into the hotel with a very hostile attitude however once you checked into your condo you came to the reception to apologize. Apology taken aside it seems you carried that attitude through your entire stay here. The water issue you mentioned was not an isolated issue but one that affected the entire community of Quepos/Manuel Antonio and one we had absolutely no control over. We did what we could to make the 8 hours without water as comfortable as possible and despite the fact that we had a relatively full hotel at the moment you were the only one that seemed to be unable or unwilling to adapt to the situation. This is a very uncommon event that the entire community goes without water but was based on some essential maintenance to the main line . Sorry this had to happen while you were here but as I mentioned some things are beyond our control. We are just 2 blocks from one of the best marinas in Latin America so things can not be all that bad. Yes we had just painted the condo a few days before you arrived and that would explain the paint smell. .Happy Trails
