Wonderful experience, great staff. We planned some on our own and some they helped out with. The property is pretty vast, including multiple restaurants, pools, and hotel areas, all in the hills above the beach. We saw monkeys, iguanas, butterflies, parrots, etc on property which the kids loved. It was recommended to us and we’d absolutely pass on the recommendation.
Parrot joined me for coffee.

The views from this property are beautiful. The room looks like it’s out of the 60’s and needs a full upgrade! It was kind of clean. The beds were very uncomfortable!

Our room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly enough, José at the front desk was very nice and super helpful in answering our questions. All the Capuchin monkeys running around the resort was super fun! Only misses we had were that we wish the pool bar stayed open later and that there was a hot tub/thermal pool. There were shuttles to the different restaurants but a shuttle to the beach would have been nice since it’s a 10 min walk all uphill on the way back.

The hotel has amazing grounds and nature all around. The thermal pools were also amazing. The room was super clean and the restaurant and bar were wonderful. It is conveniently located to the town as well as the activities pretty much everything was about 10 mins away

More monkeys than people

Lovely room. One of my favorites of the stat. Woke to monkeys every morning!!! Their motto is "Still more.monkeys than people". Saw sloths on the grounds too and the adult pool has incredible ocean views. Very unique place. More animals.here than in the park!

I loved staying at this hotel. I wanted to see animals, be close to the jungle/forrest and feel like I was in nature. I saw monkeys right outside my window and monkeys and iguanas by the pool. I wish the pool were lit up at nighttime.
