Our large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

The Space:
Welcome to your beautiful and large three-bedroom, two-bathroom home away from home!

Indulge in the luxury and comfort of our delightful retreat, equipped with an array of amenities to enhance your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay. Enjoy your meals while taking in the breathtaking views. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. Our home has some of the most jaw-dropping views in Queenstown.

Stay entertained with the internet-connected 65-inch 4K TV in the living room, or the 55-inch 4K TV in the master bedroom... perfect for streaming your favourite shows and movies in stunning clarity. The home is designed for year-round comfort with efficient heating and air conditioning. Plus, high-speed fibre internet access ensures you stay connected for work or leisure.

Enjoy the convenience of an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer, ensuring you look your best every day. Our high-quality bed linen and towels promise a touch of elegance and comfort, making your restful nights even more special. For longer stays, take advantage of the washing machine and clothes dryer, which make laundry a breeze.

Families with children are warmly welcomed, making our retreat a perfect choice for creating cherished holiday memories.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed which can split into two singles.
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds which can be zipped together to form a King Size Bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds which can be zipped together to form a King Size Bed.

*Upon check in, there will be one king size beds and 4x singles, unless we are told otherwise. Please inform us at least 3 days before check-in if you would like them set up differently. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please note... There is a separate two-bedroom unit below this house. It will be occupied by a separate group of guests. The two units are very private, so you should not be disturbed by the other guests.

If you need a larger sized property, then you can either book this three-bedroom property, or you can book both to have a very large five-bedroom, two kitchen, two living room, etc property. Perfect for large family groups, etc.

Please Note: Guests do not have access to use the garage. You do have use of one half of the flat driveway, so that you can park two cars or one large and long motorhome vehicle. There is also abundant on-street free parking if you have multiple vehicles.

Guest Access:
You will have full use of the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful and you are only a 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD.

Getting Around:
It is very easy to get around. It is only 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD. We do recommend that you have a car to get in and out of town.
There is a bus stop about a 10 min walk away, that bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Distance from Frankton: 11.3 Kilometres
Distance from the Airport: 11.2 Kilometres
Distance from The Remarkables: 16.8 Kilometres
Distance from Coronet Peak: 15.8 Kilometres

Other Things to Note:
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. Main guest making the reservation must be over the age of 25.

Please note: There is a 3 night minimum booking period over the Christmas to New Years period from Dec 23 to Jan 2.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
