Won't go anywhere else, thanks so much for looking after us again in your usual spectacular fashion. Staff are beyond accommodating, they even arranged a footy game to be played in our room, top service. We've stayed here our last two times we visited Queenstown and service hasn't slipped.

Our stay was really lovely, the room was clean and spacious and quiet. It was like being home. There's an abundance of toiletries which we appreciate as there was 3 of us travelling. The blackout blind was fantastic as well to get a good's night sleep. Whilst the location is not in the middle of town, it is only 5 minutes away from the mall and restaurants. Although we really appreciated it being slightly away from the busyness of town. The bathroom is spacious, however there was no step in shower so when you shower the entire floor of the bathroom can get quite wet. We definitely will stay here again!

A wonderful place to start all your explorations with treks , hikes, climbing, paragliding and excursions You have to visit to experience it yourself .Queenstown will not disappoint it has excitement, retail therapy and just total relaxation.

Karen and her staff are just wonderful. The "happy hour" each night is a nice touch and a way to meet other guests. We had a room on the street side, and as other reviewers mentioned, it can be noisy. There is high walking traffic with people talking, and the street noise in the morning is very noticeable. This is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The rooms are unique and very comfortable. The location is very close to downtown and the gondola. We were able to park our car under the building for free. It is a bit pricey, but if you like boutique hotels, this one is very nice.

We stayed in a Gondola view room. Nice view of the mountains but also the school across the road (so had to keep the blinds shut all the time). The room was lovely, comfortable, and well appointed. The bed linens and towels were very good quality! The skylight across the bathroom and the view of the Remarkables from the toilet were always refreshing. The complimentary canapés and wine in the common area lounge (with a fireplace!) each evening was a pleasant touch during our stay. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, which really made us feel welcome! They also gave us a little gift to congratulate us on our recent marriage.

An excellent and calm hotel in busy Queenstown, within walking distance to city center and numerous restaurants Very efficient staff : Karen, Fran, Marika and all those I forget now...sorry Remarkable Rooms are nicer, as they are overlooking the Park behind the hotel, Gondala rooms on the side of the street, but still calm

My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Queens Park Boutique Hotel for four wonderful nights. The location is perfect, the rooms are gorgeous and so comfortable, the staff very friendly and interested in our holiday, referring to us by name and making us feel totally relaxed and at home. We will definitely be back.

This smaller modern boutique hotel offers the friendly service and hospitality bigger places never can . Interestingly designed on difficult site makes it different and so close to central Queenstown . Suites are well appointed and drinks and canapés each night good fun . Lovely friendly people make you feel very much at home . Loved our stay at this hotel.

Fabulous hotel in an ideal location, with gorgeous views as well! Beautiful rooms, perfectly equipped. Started each day with breakfast, but regrettably didn't have the chance to enjoy the complimentary pre dinner canapé and drinks. Highly recommend staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff were the finishing touch to our stay.
