We have stayed in Queenstown Hotels a number of times, and rate our stay at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel our most memorable. The Staff were all sensational. As the Hotel is small and personal, we felt extremely welcome. From the fantastic complimentary wine and canapes of an evening, to the offer of a free capucino when waiting for our Taxi, nothing seemed to be of any trouble. We also felt the staff had a genuine interest in our lives, and included us in theirs. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for 6 nights in August. The hotel is lovely - small and quiet, just a short walk into town (mostly flat!). Undercover parking onsite. The rooms are spacious and light with beautiful views of the mountains. Modern decor, spotlessly clean and wonderful bathrooms with a glass ceiling! Compact kitchenette with a fridge, cooktop, microwave - just enough to make breakfast & small meals for dinner. Also a TV with some Sky channels. The best part is the staff - so friendly and welcoming. They booked restaurants for us and gave us a complimentary hamper for our stay... nothing was too hard, we were always welcomed to the evening drinks. There is only one (minor) negative - being in a street side room can be noisy with cars and foot traffic. But it didn't bother us much, as Queenstown is a lively place. Highly recommend this hotel!

Located close enough to walk to the center of action yet a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of city center, we enjoyed our stay in the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. With parks on both sides, we could watch rugby on one side and parasailers landing on the other. We stayed for a total of four nights in two different rooms and found both very comfortable, well-appointed, light and airy. It is worth noting that this is on a moderately busy road so we did hear traffic at night. In addition, in the upstairs room, it is possible for passers-by to see in, especially if on a bus; the downstairs room was a bit more private but we did hear water running in the pipes. Staff was great: very helpful, friendly and interesting, coming from all over the world and speaking several languages. Internet worked very well. And there is a daily cocktail hour where we sampled local wine and beer in addition to very good hors d'oeuvres prepared by their chef.

Hotel was nice but parking wise I had to park my car in an undesignated spot 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed (3 of them on the street and once in disabled as advised by the hotel). Coincerge helped us book in dinner aswell so thank you

Our room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was luxurious! The hotel is in a great location easy walk to town. The free undercover parking is very convenient. Most of all the staff were all excellent in every way, very friendly and helpful. We will return to this beautiful intimate hotel and loved chatting to other guests each night at canapé hour with the superb NZ wines. 👌

This has got to be the best hotel stay we have ever had. We were there for our honeymoon and it was the most unforgettable stay. Only a short 5 minute walk to the town centre. The rooms are so modern and styled beautifully. Their breakfasts are amazing and they have a nice range that caters for all. Best of all were the staff. Everyday from 6-7pm they serve complimentary canapés and drinks. The staff go around and introduce themselves and make the effort to have a chat to every guest. We got the chance to mingle with other guests and all the staff, something you don't get at large hotel chains. By the end of our week stay we were on a first name basis with all the staff and some guests! Big shout out to Francisco, Lou, Fabricio and Paula whom made our honeymoon UNFORGETTABLE! If I could rate 6 stars I would!

Stay here. I've traveled all over the world and stayed in 5 star places. The QPBH was outstanding. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. They made me feel like i was staying at a friend's place. I cannot wait to go back.

We stayed in Tower Suite for 8 nights - the hotel is great, it has a friendly B&B feel to it with a crossover of a lux hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the location for walking to Queenstown, Bespoke Kitchen and the Gondala, the supermarkets and Pedros House of Lamb was great. Staff were very helpful and fixed a problem with the fridge quickly.

Probably the most helpful hotel staff we've met - from recommending and sorting restaurant bookings to amending our car hire pickup to be more convenient for us to the free drinks/canapes hour every evening - it really did feel like they went out of their way to help us enjoy our time in Queenstown. It worked. Our ground floor room was large and we were grateful for the underfloor heating in the bathroom. As some other reviews have pointed out there is a path that goes by the window on the side we were. We didn't find this a problem - there's a hedge to hide from people peeking in and we closed the curtains when getting changed. On the basis of the room alone we'd probably have given a solid 4/5 review, but the fantastic staff more than earnt the 5/5 - really made a positive difference. Location wise this place is only a few mins walk from the waterfront and main shops/bars as well as from the gondola up the mountain. We felt it's perfectly positioned to feel sufficiently far from the town to feel a bit away from it all, but also close enough for it to be an easy walk. We'd stay here again but if we do we'd probably look to have a room facing the Remarkables - there were a couple of impressive sunrises during our stay and it'd been great to watch them from our room.

Enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful modern boutique hotel with some special touches. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Very conveniently located with helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't fault anything.
