A very cozy and lovely hotel! We have been given a room on the first floor with a garden view. It was very spacious, nice design, great shower! When arriving, we were welcomed by a very nice Brazilian gentleman who offered us some welcome drinks and told us a bit about the city and nice places for dining (would really recommend a sea food place Finz). The breakfast was a bit disappointed (a limited choice and quite costly) but still adequate. The only slightly negative thing would be one of the receptionist (a European looking lady) who didn’t seem to be service minded at all, answering rude and without any interest what’s so ever..

We stayed here for 4 nights during the Christmas holidays. A very nice property with good location. It is a small boutique hotel, which was a nice change compared to big chain properties. The only problem was the privacy in the bathroom. If you are staying with a kid, you would certainly like to have privacy in the washrooms. You can feel completely exposed in shower and the bath as there is no frosted glass or thick curtains that can give you privacy. This could be a major issue, and I think the staff did the best they could by sticking some plastics with tapes. The owner should seriously take note of this deficiency. Otherwise a very good property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The staff (Karen, Francisco, Marika, Paula, Fabricio, and Liu) were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was perfect, with a very small kitchen area, a good sized bathroom, and a comfortable bed. We were a very short walk from the heart of town, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres before heading out for dinner. What a lovely stay!

Two friends and I travelled to Queenstown for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. I had booked at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel after a lot of thorough research but none of it prepared me for when we first walked into the lobby. Photos do not do it justice. It was quiet, beautiful, and equipped with the most amazing water, flavored with different fruits and spices every time we went down (I’m not kidding, we often loitered in the lobby just to drink the water). The staff were kind, well-mannered, and ridiculously accommodating. We arrived much earlier than our check-in and had organized just to leave our bags before heading up the Skyline (literally a stones throw walk away!) and going onto our lunch reservation at Amisfield. HOWEVER, we were immediately informed that we’d been upgraded to the two-bedroom tower suite due to a late cancellation and the team feeling that our initial room would be too small for three people. We were initially only meant to stay one night as all three of us had work on Monday morning, but the room upgrade made our trip - the staff were kind enough to offer us an extra night at the same rate as our original room, and after changing our flights and talking to our bosses, we decided to stay on. The tower suite had a beautiful view of the Skyline, which on our second day we spent several hours staring at with the ranch slider doors open, lazing around in our robes. The suite also had a pull out couch, which my friend swore was just as comfortable as the beds. On our second night we also partook in the complimentary canapé hour, which we felt was such a nice way to ingratiate guests into the hotel. Staying here was a dream. The town is within a short walking distance, we rarely felt the need to order taxis except for when we were going further afield. The staff also had plenty of recommendations on what to see and eat, gave us little marked maps and everything. We weren’t the most quiet of guests, celebrating my birthday and all, and the trip being such a whirlwind, but we all felt the hotel went out of its way to be kind and make us feel welcome. I am so grateful to everyone who was working on the weekend of the 16th-18th, you truly made it a memorable trip for my friends as I. The next time I’m in Queenstown, I would 100% stay here again.

Karen and the gang at QPH did a fabulous job of looking after us - love this place, really convenient to Queenstown’s central ‘hub’ but just nicely tucked away behind a large park to offer some character. We’ll be back!

The hotel is perfectly located. Not in the midst of the city action but never too far from it. We were received by Francisco who is very helpful and will recommend you all the right places. The rooms are modern and spacious. The bathroom has an open view of the sky which is pretty exciting. It is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel.

Spending 2 nights here was perfect. The place is quiet, but close to city centre, lake and Gondola. Very nice room with comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking and wifi, canapés and drinks complimentary, excellent staff ... what more to say? A place to return for sure!

The staff was awesome, friendly and attentive. The "downtown" was barely two blocks away - perfect distance from the noise but close enough for food. Don't miss the happy hour. If you want clean, classy, and a great location, then stay here. It's no frills sophistication:) with a mini kitchen!

We had two nights here in a Remarkables room. The location was handy, near the city centre and Gondola. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was modern with a fantastic free standing bathtub. The evening glass of wine was a nice touch. Good experience, but four stars only as seemed overpriced for what we paid, and due to our room over looking the park from one floor up, which meant the window shades needed to be down for privacy. So not much of a view. Put in mirrored windows for goodness sake!

We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel service and environment were excellent. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and proximity to the town centre (5 minutes), whilst not being in the busy area, was a big plus. We had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting.
