This apartment had a great location with the exception of road noise from the street adjacent to the unit. The views of the lake and mountains were excellent. The apartment is in need of a deep cleaning, including windows, carpets, dining chairs, and pantry. The bifold sliders were in disrepair and the deck lacked comfortable seating. Both Adirondack chairs provided were rickety and unusable. One of the bathroom fans was so loud when turned on it could not be utilized. The living throw rug was filthy and stained. The placemats were full of crumbs and falling apart. The coffee machine was inoperable.
