We aim to make Lordons Penthouse your perfect home away from home, offering all the comforts you need for a memorable Queenstown stay. Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire luxury penthouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, two expansive decks, living and dining areas, and the brand-new hot tub and BBQ.
A secure access code will be emailed to you prior to arrival — please ensure we have your correct email details in advance. Once checked in, you’ll have the freedom to come and go as you please, with Queenstown’s attractions, restaurants, and activities just minutes away.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances and all essentials for preparing meals, plus complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy alongside stunning lake and mountain views. Freshly laundered luxury linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note: the property is not serviced during your stay; mid-stay servicing can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
We understand that travel plans can change, so we do our best to offer flexible check-in and check-out times whenever possible. As we own the cleaning company that services the villa, we can often delay a clean to accommodate a late check-out if there’s no same-day arrival. If that’s not possible, we offer complimentary bag storage so you can enjoy your final hours in Queenstown without carrying your luggage.
Families are welcome — a port-a-cot and high chair are available at no extra cost. Please request these when booking so we can have them ready for your arrival.
