Fantastic resort. King room was awesome, had a separate sitting room with a fire! Bathroom was luxury! On site restaurants all great, Me & Mee especially. Highly recommend a couples massage at the spa. Very relaxing and professional.

Had such excellent service from these guys. Really really felt like such a valued guest here. There were moments where they went above and beyond in service and it just really put the icing on the cake for our time here. Highly recommended.

We only had one night here but wish we had a longer stay. The room was fabulous with views over the lake. Probably the comfiest bed we've slept in. The pool and spa facilities are great. The water taxi was a great way to travel to town. The hotel is very convenient for the airport too. As it was part of our honeymoon trip, we were given a bottle of wine as a gift which was a lovely touch.

We spent a week in a room right on the lake. The room had an outdoor spa and fireplace. The staff are friendly and helpful. House keeping left 'towel origami' animals on the bed each day which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean, modern and private. The restaurant on the lower level of the main building (WAKATIPU GRILL)was disappointing and over priced. Stacks Pub (still within the complex) was much better. Only draw backs are that car parking is quite a walk from the hotel rooms and getting into Queenstown can be difficult due to traffic on the single lane bridge and airport traffic.

Staying here for 4 nights & wow what a resort . Situated on a lake about 15 min out of town. There is a water taxi service that leaves from your back door, do very handy to into the cbd for shopping , dinner etc. fantastic service & very comfy modern rooms. Indoor swimming pool, sauna spa, walkways & couple eateries next door.

Stayed at the Hilton with my partner for 5 nights recently. We had a Relaxation Room which was really nice, offering a great bathroom with large bath, shower and double vanity, king bed and lounge area with a gas fireplace. We had a deck out the back of the room with a hot tub, and amazing mountain and lake views. The property is a 10-15 minute drive from the middle of the city, however there is a free shuttle bus offered by the hotel which runs back and forth on a semi-regular basis. We never had any issues booking this, just made sure that we got in the day before. There is also a water taxi that runs for $10pp per trip. We also had a hire car but mainly used that for larger trips, such as to Arrow Town and Wanaka. We took it into the city a couple of times, but had to pay for parking (not heaps, but obviously it is something you can avoid with the free shuttle!). There is free parking at the hotel which was handy as well. Didn't have any issues finding a park across the time we were there. The pool and spa facilities are great, as is the restaurant. We had breakfast most mornings and they offer both menu and buffet (all you can eat) options. There is also a more informal pub on site which we had lunch at once which was nice, plus a chinese restaurant and a cafe which we didn't check out. Overall, a really nice hotel with good service to match. Views are amazing! If you want to stay in the city then this is obviously not for you, however being removed from the busy centre can be good, with the option of easily heading in when it suits!

Very pleasant recently built hotel with nice 25 meter swimming pool and Spa. Staff were very cosmopolitan but extremely helpful. The centre of Queenstown is about 5 miles away and you can either get there by water taxi or shuttle bus although the latter is slowed by bridge work on the road into town. Make sure you book your shuttle times. Views across the lake to the town and mountains beyond are spectacular

Beautiful hotel in the beautiful Queenstown. Fantastic views. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every moment of it, it was very relaxing. Only downfall is you need to drive to get to town however we had a car so it wasn't a issue, also there were water taxi's to take you into town too! I would defiantly come back and stay again.

This hotel has the most remarkable apartments in town. Beautiful location, ferry service to the city and the breakfast is to die for. Unlike other Hilton’s there is no gold card lounge - but who needs that when you have the view ? Spa is for sure worth a visit.

Stayed 2 nights in November and loved it. Fire in our room, friendly staff and great room. The only negatives is far out from Queenstown ( need to take shuttle or water taxi) and pool a bit odd, very narrow if a few people in pool and was told by staff lockers were for spa guests not hotel guests. Hilton Honors Diamond privileges exceded expectations. Overall so happy to stay here and would come back for sure.
