Lovely hotel! Beautiful property around the lake. We are so glad we didn’t stay in downtown queenstown and decided to stay here. There is a ferry outside the hotel that you can take to go to downtown queenstown or if you have a car, it’s very convenient drive. Room was sooo nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it 100%

The location is great. We had a lake view suite room - which is very desirable if staying at the property. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The service was great right from check in, to some amenities that were requested and the break buffet service.

Excellent location and staff, but lacks value for money. While the hotel is in a prime location and the staff are mostly excellent, the overall experience didn’t quite match the price point. The rooms felt overpriced, and the corridors appeared dated and in need of a deep clean or renovation. Regarding dining, the food quality was average despite the high cost. Notably, breakfast was a letdown; despite paying for the meal, there is an additional surcharge for barista-made coffees like cappuccinos.

Front office staff was attentive and available 24/7 for any needs. Hotel was nice and onsite restaurant was great. Views are incredible and walkways to destinations are great. Cons - room was extremely dim lit. Even the restroom. In-room dining didn’t bring the correct order. And when they brought the canned beverage, it was extremely dented and unable to open. A bit outdated but still a pleasant stay overall.
