The Space:
This stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers breathtaking lake and mountain views, just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk (with incline on return) to Queenstown’s CBD. Ideal for up to 6 guests, it features spacious living areas with a fully equipped kitchen, leading to a private outdoor space with a spa pool, BBQ, and seating—perfect for alfresco dining.


Bedrooms:

1x King
1x King Split (can be made into 2x singles on request)
2x King Singles (can be made into 1x king on request).
A small fold-out couch for 1x guest in the reading nook is available if required (additional linen fee of $35)

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a bathtub, while the other rooms share a modern bathroom. A converted garage serves as a fun rumpus room for kids, complete with a ping pong table and movie area.

Kitchen and Living Space:

A fully equipped kitchen awaits, catering to both culinary enthusiasts and those seeking convenience. Modern amenities and sleek design make meal preparation a delightful experience. Not to mention the wide view of Lake Wakatipu to soak in while preparing meals. Unwind in a cozy living area, bathed in natural light and offering a welcoming atmosphere. Guests will be sent their arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

Nestled on the lower slopes of Queenstown Hill, this property sits just a short stroll from the heart of Queenstown’s vibrant CBD. Ashort 2 minute walk downhill, you'll find the town center, including waterfront restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions like the Skyline Gondola

Getting Around:
Buses run from the town center a short 2 minute walk downhill.
