The host was very welcoming and helpful. The home was clean but needed some repairs. The home had lots of mosquitoes in it. The pool area was very nice but the shower didn’t work.

Do not consider!

The original ad listed this property had a pool and hottub,. However, after arriving late that night and only having time to see the pool, we discovered the next morning there was NO hottub. To make things worse, the water temperature was very cold, usable only during mid-day. I would not have rented this place if I would have known it didn't have a hot tub and no compensation by the host because we stayed there the first night before notifying them. Then there was the condition of the kitchen, most cabinets doors and drawers were damaged or broken making them hard to use. Kitchen supplies and dishes were severely lacking, we had to buy a few basic items like a cheese grater. Don't expect any extras, not even salt or pepper. However, if any items were left I wouldn't use them since we saw several cockroaches and ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The garage door was opened when we arrived, which we thought was very welcoming, but we found out later that was because it was broken and couldn't close. That was alarming since the nieghborhood seemed very concerning, along with the locking burglar bars and bedroom door deadbolt INSIDE the house. There were many posted warning signs about what not to flush down the toilets, which is typical, but these must have been disregarded by previous guests, since we had multiple slow draining flushes and one toilet that we had to shut off because it leaked on the floor continuously. Nice vacation home

Very quiet location. Off the beaten path. Bedrooms, Kitchen and pool were nice. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Fyi: Tile out by the pool deck is very slippery when wet.
