It is a well maintained property and all the staff were great! Nice, helpful at the at time doing multiple things. The hotel itself is very lovely with art deco touches. And the terrace was fantastic, to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon rest after a full day of walking. Location is great!

We booked 2 “Deluxe Rooms” but when we arrived at the hotel we were given rooms that were pretty basic. We talked to another couple who stayed there the same dates in a same “Deluxe room” and theirs was not only bigger, but in better condition with some nice accents that a deluxe room suppose to have.

This boutique hotel is lovely. Its location is perfect close to all old Quebec has to offer. The only thing that I was upset about was that they don’t offer room refresh. ie; make the bed and clean towels only every other day. I requested fresh towels early in the morning on day two and I received them at 6pm after several texts asking. The evening desk clerk finally brought them to me and offered a complimentary beverage which he brought to my room.

It’s a small personable hotel near most everything in old Quebec. Our bed was comfortable but not quite level. The shower was big but took long to get hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved, loved, loved our stay at Hotel Manoir d'Auteil! The property is so unique and interesting. Staff was really friendly helpful, including providing fantastic restaurant recommendations. Breakfasts were great. And the location within Old Quebec City was terrific. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great location within walking distance to everything and our room overlooked the park. The rooftop deck is a great place to enjoy coffee and breakfast. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was very friendly. The only suggestion is regarding the temperature…it was very hot everywhere inside.

Quaint Hotel in a Great Location!

A wonderful stay at a quaint hotel. Great location and courteous staff. The complimentary breakfast was stellar with fresh baked pastries. Very close to many popular restaurants, cafés and attractions.

Great location supported by great staff as well. The only matter that we were disappointed with is the fact the bedding and washroom were not visited after the first night. Upon returning from our first day of visitation, we noted our bedroom wasn’t done. It was too late to be done as the staff were already gone. We were told the rooms were visited only after two days of stay… ; this information wasn’t communicated at the onset.

Location and staff were both excellent. Hotel was clean and well cared for. My negatives were understandably impractical for the hotel to fix. Older building had no ekevator. We were placed on the top floor…fourth. I have an artificial knee. SO has similar knee issues. In retrospect I should have demanded different locatiion. Hotel should have asked.

This was a nice hotel located in the old Quebec. It was convenient to be able to walk to many locations. They provided a light breakfast every morning. The staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed in Room 53. It was nice, but down in the basement. My husband has bad allergies and being down in the basement caused him to feel like he couldn't breathe. He stated that the air felt different and he felt closed in. The AC was having problems the last night that we were there. Other than that it was a very nice hotel.
