. The water park had extremely limited hours, which made it difficult to enjoy. Dining was even more challenging – there were only two onsite options, both with very restricted hours. We didn’t have the chance to dine in, and when we tried take-out, the staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming.
Additionally, there were no basic facilities to prepare or warm up our own food. Only one microwave was available for all guests on the floor, with no sink or cutlery provided. Since outside food options were more than 40 minutes away – and many closed before we could even get there – it left us with very few choices.
For a family trip, these limitations created unnecessary stress and disappointment, and we hope you will consider addressing them for future guests.
