I loved the property, it’s a beautiful place, it’s clean and the staff is very kind. The view between a lake and the mountains is gorgeous. My only problem was that when I requested for the room to be cleaned, they wouldn’t do it, even after several times requesting it. Other than that, everything was amazing.

This was probably a nice place 30 yrs ago. There is no maintenance to be found. The place was dirty. The only place where they wanted to seem like they maintained the standard was in the restaurant. That was only to charge 30$ for a salad. I would go back for a bachelor party because you can spit on the floor.

It was nice for kids. Inside and outside pools, same for spas, mini golf, access to kayak/canoes, …. One negative point is that we were told they were short of staff, that’s why some services were lacking. We didn’t get a better price because of that. So we found it not very professional to hear that.

Amazing resort like feel

It reminds me of the Dirty Dancing movie.. such a cute place with lovely water views, mini golf under the Einstein lights at night. Has the best dinner and service by Bastien as our waiter ( think that was his name - young guy) went for a kayak in the morning. All around great experience!

N'allez pas dans l'annexe! Jai réservé 2 nuits avec lit king au Manoir. A mon arrivée, je n'avais plus ma chambre. Ils m'ont envoyés dans l'annexe. Jai eu du sang dans mon lit! Des cheveux pleins la salle de bain, au sol et collés sur les murs! Des déchets du client précédent au sol et du café sur les murs! Lorsque jai changé de chambre au manoir, la chambre était plus propre mais jai eu droit à d'autres catastrophes. Saviez-vous qu'il ai possible t'attacher une chainette de toilette avec un élastique de bureau?!? Ingenieux ou.....
