Great location. Very clean. Well supplied. Communications were well detailled.No much storage space except 1 night-table drawer per room. Expect to keep your suitcase(s )on the floor the whole stay. The 2nd room's bed is old and lumpy. Might be fine for children but it was uncomfortable for 2 adults over 3 consecutive days.

The property was owned by a company, but the property manager, Camilo, was very responsive. It was a tightish space, but as a couple we were able to use the second bedroom for storage. Parking turned out to be a hassle because the pass was first missing and then didn’t work. I am hoping to be reimbursed.Having said all that, the space was clean, cozy, the kitchen was well equipped for its size and we were warm on some cold nights! The location was great. And having the ability to not have every meal in a restaurant was good.

Absolutely ideal location in Old Town Quebec City.Located on a quiet side street just steps from restaurants, services and the sights of the city.Apartment was small but cozy. Pictures and description on the website are accurate. Kitchen was basic but well stocked. Plenty of power outlets throughout.Two very comfortable bedrooms ideal for a max of 2 couples. This is a gem of a place. It is conveniently located on a quite street, yet very close to all the attractions of the old city. The kitchen has everything you need (little stove, fridge, coffee maker), but you will need to bring your supplies (coffee, cooking oil, etc). The communication with the management was very clear, throughout, helpful, and on time. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will consider it if we come back to visit the city again.

Holiday getaway

Fabulous property right in the heart of the old city. The accommodations were wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. It was the perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see. Having the parking taken care of was a bonus as well. We definitely would recommend to friends and stay again.

Very well situated, quiet, and cozy little flat. The kitchen is great for self catering with nice dining area. Not much space for hanging out but perfect if you're wanting to be mostly out and about. We stayed in this VRBO for 3 nights. Great location! Bedrooms comfortable and quiet. Everything you need for a base to visit this beautiful little city. We were on the move mostly but if you plan on spending allot of time in apartment there is not a living room to gather. Just a small area with bench seat. It did work well for our group. I would stay there again.

The location of this property was perfect. It was close to everything. Having a pass to park in a garage was a plus. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews before booking. There was nowhere to put any of your belongs except on the floor. There was one very small stand in each room to put a few things on but not big enough for 2 people to use. There were a few hooks in one bedroom but none in the second bedroom or bathroom which made it difficult to find a place to put a wet towel. I realize space is limited but hooks would be a nice addition. We also didn't realize that there was nowhere to sit except at the kitchen table which had 2 chairs and a wooden bench. Maybe a seat cushion on the bench would help. We made it work for the four nights we were there. The mini splits didn't work but fortunately after our second day there we saw men working on other units so they reset them for us though only one continued to work. We tried to contact the owner through the VRBO app but the app wasn't easy to use. Though I pointed some negatives, the location and access to parking made up for it.

Wonderful Old Town Location

We stayed in early February for skiing and carnival. The property has a great location and was clean and well equipped. It is on the smaller side, and a little sparse in terms of storage. There are no dressers or closets. And it could use a few more hooks for winter gear. But over all I would recommend a stay here.

Old Quebec Hideaway

We loved the great location of the apartment and that it came with a free parking pass. However, it did fall a little short. The apartment felt a little unclean- we saw dust bunnies and a granola bar wrapper under the bed. One of the mattresses was uncomfortable and the quality of the bed frames felt unsafe. We also did not expect from the listing that the apartment complex would be under construction with lots of equipment and garbage in sight. Although it has two bedrooms, the common space felt very small. I will say it was decently priced, so I guess we got what we paid for.
