Villa a few meters from the beautiful equipped beach of Kal'e Moru, Geremeas, within walking distance in a few minutes.
Set in a quiet condominium where you can find a small market, a tobacco bar, a tennis court and a basketball court. There is a second bar and establishment on the beach offering umbrella and sunbed rental.
Large manicured garden where you can rest in the shade of an ancient mulberry tree, or enjoy the sun in complete privacy. Three furnished outdoor loggias, including one for the dining area with barbecue, pizza oven, and two tables. The second and third with a table, sitting area, and sofa.
Interiors:
The villa features 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed with French doors that open directly onto the third loggia. The second with a double bed, and the third with a bunk bed and a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with shower. Living area with TV, 2 sofas, armchair, chais-longue,extendable table and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator and freezer. You can find a second refrigerator in the utility room. Outside there is a third covered shower with hot water.
