BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, 150 METERS FROM THE SEA

Villa Rosi is situated on a slight hill overlooking the sea, which you can admire from every corner of the villa.
The location makes it reserved, quiet and peaceful and the white beach is 150 meters away.
Surrounded by a well-kept lawn and a splendid 10x6 infinity pool for exclusive use, the villa has a large porch where you can eat overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari and admire enchanting sunsets over the sea.
The villa consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a relaxing shower, a large kitchen with a sea view and a large living room with a TV area.
Linen and WiFi are served free of charge.
Capitana is a seaside resort located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia less than 20 minutes from the city of Cagliari and 20 minutes from villasimius. In a few minutes by car you can easily reach the beaches of Mari pintau, cala regina, Kala e moru, geremeas, solanas, torre delle stelle and all the beaches of villasimius and costa rey.

Lovely pool and very private

The house was spotlessly clean and benefits from a large pool.Access via electric gates to a shaded driveway for the car Property is secure, detached and very private Lots of nice seating areas The owners were very quick to supply a missing toaster and provided a nice check in Best beaches are at Villasimius ,1 hour east, or Chia 1 hour west,but there are some small local beaches and the big Poetto beach is just 20 mins drive Cagliari can be reached by bus from the local supermarket, so you don’t need to drive into the busy city The owners are nice people to deal with and quickly respond to any requirements

Cosy house, great view, fantastic swomming pool :)))

The house is very cosy, fully equipped for family needs. Owners (“No problem?” )are reacting immediately (use WhatsApp) on any kind of question, wifi is not bad at all, airco is very good. We spent there great 2 weekends in July. This the house, on the hill , the house “with unforgettable view”. Every day the view of the sea was different…If not enough to see , you can walk up to the top of the hill, from there you can see even more… We could jump to our swimming pool, big enough to swim and play. It takes 5 minutes to drive to reach supermarket where you can buy what is necessary for your stay. The supermarket with a restaurant on the roof where you can eat fancy choice of pizzas, drink “Ignusa not flitrato” as well. . If you have a car you should just drive along the coast into direction of Cagliari or Villasimius. Views from the road winding along the coast are difficult to describe, just “must see”. The weather, every day aprox 30 Celsius , clean sky, sometimes pretty strong wind. And , at end of day, we could sit by the pool and watch stars…….:).
