WE ARE LEGAL IN B.C. - RESORT HOTEL ZONING! Walk out the patio onto the lawn and beach in this lovely resort hotel condo located in the quaint village of Qualicum Beach. Separate galley kitchen and bathroom, fully updated. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed, dining table for four, and combination desk/dresser. Patio and summer lounge chairs, laundry room on site. Just a few kilometers from the walkable village centre, which features quaint stores, grocery and pharmacy, and all the necessary services. Fifteen minutes to Parksville, with it's huge family beach, ocean-side provincial park, mini-golf, and other family vacation amenities.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
