Luxurious 350sqm villa with panoramic sea and city views, luxuriously furnished, with swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and garden, on the borders of Panorama-Pylaia (Pournari). On the 1st level we find the large living room, dining room, marble fireplace, ergonomic kitchen with granite and wood, the bar which is next to the pool and the WC. All flooring is marble.On the 2nd level there is a large room with dressing room, office, lounge and own bathroom. There are also 2 other rooms and 1 impressive bathroom. Balconies are available in all rooms and the floors are all marble. The house has alarm system, satellite, security door.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
