In Laguna del Portil/Huelva, Chalet El Paraíso offers step-free access and an excellent location right by the beach. The 250 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 55'' TV, fans, and a washing machine. A crib is available upon request.



The 1,200 m² plot includes gardens and private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a room designed for guests with reduced mobility, accessible without stairs (35 m², private bathroom).



Just a short walk from the beach and public transport. Up to 2 pets are allowed.



Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted; such bookings will be canceled. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00; late arrivals incur an additional fee. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation without refund and mandatory departure.



Additional rules:

- No noise at night until mid-morning (music, TV, voices); please respect the neighbors.

- Turn off lights and heating when leaving; close the fireplace (fire hazard).

- Dispose of trash in the outdoor container.

- Save water: water restrictions apply year-round in southern Spain.

- Cleaning includes laundry of bed linen and towels.

- By law, guest information must be provided to the Ministry of the Interior.

- Bedroom 5 is only available for groups of more than 8 guests.
