Grill your fresh catch from Florida screened lanai and enjoy an occasional dolphin or go fishing from the dock. Modern tile wood plank look throughout the home. Open kitchen, with all your cooking needs. Keurig coffee pot with some coffee supplied. Kayaks on property for your enjoyment and only minutes from downtown for excellent restaurants and evening entertainment.

The home has an open plan with sliding glass doors to the lanai. Open doors in front and back for a cool breeze through the home. Queen sized bed in master bedroom, double in second bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom. Desk in master bedroom for catching up on office work.
