Great family place

Set up well for families with master king on one side of the house and another king room as well as a room with 2 beds on the other. Pool area was great though the grill could use a little work. Liked see fish at night with underwater dock lights at the neighbors and wished they had them here.very attentive property management company for your needs. Overall a great family vacation!

We rented this slice of heaven for February and March and had friends and family visit. The house had everything we could possibly need! Pool was wonderful and outdoor area has so much seating and a television … we loved the lanai and spent most of the time there. Excellent property!

Punta Gorda Gem

We truly enjoyed our stay, and all of the benefits offered with this home. The owners clearly take pride in their property and it shows. From the great decorations to the most amazing martini glasses on the planet, we felt at home. Don't miss fishing off the dock. We left a live shrimp bucket in the garage. There is a great bait and tackle store across from Laws seafood. They gave us the pointers we needed. We enjoyed exploring the area on the 3 bikes provided, and the 2 kayaks. Biking to the park for sunset is worth it! For the beach there is a rolling cart that made many beachgoers jealous. There were 4 standard beach chairs, a double chair, and plenty of floats for beach or pool. The property management team was very good. We had a couple maintenance items as is expected on a long stay. They were responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. We also appreciated the detailed and helpful binder specific to the house and area. Because they encourage people to leave anything others can safely utilize, things like spices, wraps, etc were in good supply. Don't plan for this, but check what is there before your shopping trip. The fridges were full of beer when we arrived, and we left them the same way :) Enjoy

Quiet, Relaxing, Perfect

We loved the house! The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient for everything in Punta Gorda. The coast was great but hanging out in the pool in the afternoon was the best part of the whole vacation. This is the perfect place for families. The property is extremely well stocked with lots of extras and the property manager was very responsive. We had a fantastic time! Thank You

Absolutely The BEST!!!!!

Had a blast at this home. Beautiful home, pool was perfect. Caught fish off the dock - Snook, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper & Yellow Tail Jacks. Very quiet neighborhood, yet super close to everything you'll need. We'll be back next year for our annual Family vacation/gathering for a longer stay. Great being with your adult kids & everyone had fun.

Nice house!

It was a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor area was fabulous with fire pit. Beautiful grill area, beautiful pool area with lots of seating for everyone to enjoy! House was very well decorated and stocked. Unfortunately the toilet seat was broken in the master bath when we arrived and we told the property management company right away, but sent nobody out to fix it for our 10 day stay. After we arrived, we went barefoot getting settled in and noticed after a couple hours that her feet were very dirty! We also let the management company know, and they did send someone out to mop the floors. Again, unfortunate that we had to call to have the floors cleaned!

Great Stay

We spent 2 weeks and really enjoyed it! We brought our boat and it was great location with easy access to the harbor and out to the gulf. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool area. We are ready to go back!

Nice house and location

The house was clean and as described. Plenty of household and recreational items were available for use. The pool was nice and well maintained. The owner was available by text anytime if we needed anything. Very safe and quiet area, and a pretty good value for the price. I would definitely stay at this house again, or at the owners other properties.

Simply spoiled!

We were finally able to make our planned trip to Punta Gorda a reality. After a pandemic pause that seemed like an eternity, we were beyond ready for our trip. This exquisite home did not disappoint. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect oasis to unwind and relax. The homeowners left no stone unturned. The beauty inside and out beckoned us to spend our days and nights enjoying the pool as well as the ambience that has been created inside. After days spent exploring PG, we were pulled back into the canal-side views as well as the evening swims in the pool. What a way to welcome us to PG! We will return. Great and comfortable house with a fantastic private swimming pool

We enjoyed the house a lot and my daughters best part was the swimming pool: clean, perfect size and super private. Accessing the house was painless and directions provided by the owner were easy to follow. We felt very comfortable and safe in a very nice neighborhood directly on the canal where we had a couple of paddling trips to the gulf. All linens, towels and utensils we needed were in the house and grocery stores and restaurants were a short drive away. Even there was a walking distance strip mall that have a couple of restaurants, a convenience store and some other shopping options. Highly recommended
