Great House

The owner did this property up right. Very well equipped in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms, lanai, and pool was perfect temperature. Entire property inside and out was very clean. Can't think of a single thing it needed. Our only issue was with the GCVR's maintenance company. Air conditioning was not on when we arrived. House was 98 degrees when we arrived. Took our breath away when we first walked in. It took until the next morning to get comfortable. Once it did the house was delightful. This was not at all the home owner's fault, it was the maintenance company's "Final Inspector" failure. Home owner...you did a great job making this house feel like being home!!! We would recommend this house to anyone. And we would be delighted to use it again ourselves.
