Very nice house! Very clean and well stocked. Master bath shower floor was very slippery. Pool needed cleaning. Host tried to get pool guy over but never showed up. Very quiet neighborhood

Home was great! Troy is very responsive and it had everything we needed. Very clean and the the games are a huge plus! The only complaint I would have is the master bedroom did not get cool like the rest of the house. Overall a great stay and we will be going back:)

Truly AMAZING!!

My husband and I wanted to have a few days to relax and enjoy the pool and go to our favorite places to dine out. However, when we got to the house we didn't want to leave it! The house is just beautiful and everything you could need is supplied other than your own food but no worry, Publix is located at the entrance to the beautiful community. The house was very clean and Troy kept in touch with us from the booking until we had to leave....drudgingly lol. We will return as we had such a wonderful time and the home is outstanding.Thanks Troy!

Picture Perfect

We recently traveled to Florida for a week vacation for some relaxation and to visit friends in the area. We booked our last few days here at this home in Punta Gorda. I did some research and read reviews before finding the right home to wind down our last few days. I have to say this was the best stay we have had, everything Troy listed about this home was on point. The home was extremely clean and the owner provided everything we needed to complete our stay. The location was a plus because we were 5-10 minutes away from some great restaurants. We plan on staying here for our next adventures to Florida. Thank you Troy for being so accommodating.

Family celebration

We really felt safe in the neighborhood - we are low key people that just wanted to relax and go to the beach. Beach drive was hour away but ok because we enjoyed the pool, fishing and the quiet of the neighborhood. The house was spacious for the five of us and plenty of other attractions nearby. I would love to rent again in the future.

It was a great house to stay in very clean and the pool was warm and perfect to play in with the kids. Only down sides: Short on towels Not all the fishing poles were functional.

Beautiful home away from home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loving the outdoors, we spent most of our time rowing kayaks, riding bikes, enjoying the pool, sitting on the dock, or lounging on the lanai. Easy enough to enjoy since everything was so well-maintained. The beds were comfortable so sleep was sweet. The kitchen was well-equipped and the multiple dining areas so comfortable that we ate all our meals onsite. What few needs we had for shopping were easily met with a Walgreens at the community’s entrance. We highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. Our thanks to Troy for keeping us well-informed prior to our stay and for being responsive to us during our stay.
