Beautiful house and perfect location

This house was perfect for any type of family, and the location was very convenient, super close to all restaurants and beach. The rooms were very comfortable and tge house had all the amenities we needed.

Great for food and internet

Wide band fast internet, great for writers and bloggers. 2 large bedrooms and 1 four bunk bedrooms. Nice kitchen. I will stay here again.

We loved staying here, this casita is in a very convenient location to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Abraham, the property manager was SO attentive and responsive, couldn't have been more awesome!

The property is clean and central to the town. Beach is just minutes away. If you are lucky to get Abraham as your property manager during your stay, you will be well cared for.

Beautiful Property

We loved this casita - it was very well appointed, clean, and modern. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome to have laundry too! We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but it was sorted very efficiently. There was a lovely outdoor seating area, but because the casita is located in the village of Punta de Mita it stank like raw sewage as soon as we walked outside. Our impression was that the location was on the beach but it's actually across the road from the beachfront on a busy intersection. We still loved it though and just hope that the smell gets sorted so guests can enjoy the outdoors.
