We had the most incredible stay at this hotel in the Dominican Republic, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel and service experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine care, but one person in particular, Jonel, made our trip unforgettable. He truly knows everyone and makes every guest feel like family. Any request we had was not only fulfilled but exceeded. He speaks 7–8 languages, which was so impressive, but even more than that—he is a kind, genuine person beyond his role. He constantly reminded us that we were at home, and his world-class service is unmatched anywhere I’ve stayed.
The hotel itself is a hidden gem—clean, quaint, and full of charm. The central garden feels like a private jungle retreat, peaceful and beautiful. Its marina location is excellent, surrounded by amazing dining options all within walking distance. The hotel also offers complimentary golf cart rides to the nearest beach, just a lovely 10-minute ride away. For more adventure, it’s only a quick $4 taxi to Juanillo Beach, which was wonderful.
Guests can also enjoy pools located above the hotel in the marina villa areas, as well as a 24-hour bar right at the hotel. Near the pools, there’s even a cozy beach bar with a relaxed atmosphere. These little touches made the stay feel both elevated and welcoming.
We also want to highlight Niel and Leandro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The entire team is a true credit to the hotel.
