Very good service and nice menu. Good spread Will visit again . Staff very good and polite. But dishes from all over India should be included in the spread for more variety. The place is centrally located and convenient too. All our guests enjoyed the party and were full of praise for Mr. Koushik and Team
We stayed here for two nights on December 15th And 16th. We checked-in quite late and had no issues doing so. The room was nice and spacious. The bed quality was decent as well. The staff behavior was good too. The breakfast experience however, could've been much better. The spread was average and so was the taste. Service in general was slow. There was some event going on in the property and the sound proofing of the rooms was having a hard time keeping the noise out. Overall, its a nice property and I would certainly recommend it to all budget minded premium hotel goers.
To level set this might look like a biased opinion but no area in this hotel is performing good. See the details of each area: 1. Check-in: Hotel has a weird policy of not giving rooms to people from the same city. Interestingly this policy is not mentioned on any of the travel partners like MMT and Yatra. So I made the booking and then realizing that now hotel is not going to allow me for check -in. None the less front desk duty manager looked at our aadhar card and let us in. 2. Over priced and a bad NYE event: So we were sold overpriced NYE event tickets saying that there would be lot of events and may be some stand up shows as well. They booked a table for us and during the event table was already given to someone else. Now, I don't understand this that they cannot ask the guest to change the tables. Instead they adjusted me somewhere else which obviously was not the best place to be during the event. Quality of performers on NYE was bad. 3. Rooms: Almost every room needs maintenance and has bad air conditioning. We almost felt like we were living in summer. Also, we were offered to change the rooms many times but new room was offered to us on the last day of our stay. 4. Check out: Pathetic experience. I had a refund due from the hotel and Hotel has not processed that for more then 5 days. I made repeated calls to the hotel and front desk has no idea about the refund. Finally, Praveen from accounts department helped me finally to initiate my refund. Still, it has not come. I have to pay credit card bills with an interest. 5. Amenities: Gym and Spa totally outdated. No other word. Hope, this feedback helps hotel staff to improve a bit.

Went for the celebration with the family in the casablanca restaurant at pride hotel the restaurant was good and the staff was also nice a special thanks to Kaushik who made my daughter days more special koudos to entire F&B staff and when you have the manager like Kaushik them the team also enjoy to work, great work guys and thank you again Mr. Kaushik..
Found dirty underclothes under blanket - bra and underpant - which fell out when i woke up.. disgusting experience.. run down hotel, horrid dirty carpet, smell in room, clogged shower drain, manager least bothered.. JUST AVOID - there are lots of better places
We often visit Pune once In a year. The location Is at heart if the city , bang opp to Pune central , e square and many other complex. The check in was fast. The room is very old and really require refurbishment and renovation. There are cracks on flooring. The toilet is the worst part with worst hygiene and cockroaches beneath the washbasin . The toilet flush knob was coming out of socket due to wear and tear. The room service is also average. The staff indifferent. The waiters in the restaurant are irresponsive. There are many brand new and good brands available in Shivaji nagar.. unless they renovate the hotel better to choose some new property to stay.
We stayed here for new year's long weekend, from 30th Dec 2017-2nd Jan 2017. Detailed review section wise as follows: Rooms: - We had booked three rooms, out of which two were interconnected(as requested by us and the hotel obliged for the same) - Overall, decor of the rooms is nice and quite modern. Bathrooms are good as well, but moving towards the worn out look. A bucket in each bathrooms(especially the ones have bath tub would be extremely helpful). - Only one complaint regarding the rooms was that the cleanliness in remote places in the room(like under the bed, side drawers) etc. was not up to the mark. We complained about the same and action was taken on that as per expectations. Breakfast/food: - Breakfast menu at 'Casablanca' was quite extensive the range of items in the same was good enough to prepare and energize you for a long day ahead. - We had lunch/dinner at 'Casablanca' a couple of times, and food was quite average. - In totality, food taste was quite average and I believe can be much better. Even the lunch/dinner menu needs to have more options to cater to more people. - We also tried punjabi food in 'Puran Da Dhaba' where also my opinion about the overall food remains same as 'Casablanca'. - Also, the food provided in the buffet could be served more hot, as many times it was hardly hot and barely lukewarm. Staff: - The staff at The Pride are very courteous and polite. - However, the experience with housekeeping staff was quite disappointing. They lacked proactivity and promptness and more often than not kept making the same mistakes again and again. For certain things and needs, we had to call them and give reminders multiple times.Having said that, behaviour was on the good side all the times. - Service at the restaurant is also something that can be worked upon and made much better, though it is not completely disappointing as such. - Special mention to Mr.Shajins Joseph who was very kind to us throughout and especially coordinated with us very nicely for the booking w.r.t new year event organized in the hotel. We even participated in the new year event organized at Puran Da Dhaba. It was a well organized event and we had loads of fun. - We also had the opportunity to meet Mr.Atul Upadhyay who is the VP of Pride hotels and he was very good and kind to us. He checked with us on how things were going on with our stay.
I went to stay with my family in 2 double premium rooms from 27th to 29th December Complained at the front desk and asked to speak to the manager in charge regarding cockroaches and baby cockroaches running around the bathroom and where the food was kept near the peanuts and other food provided However they did not even apologise and the management was not bothered to listen Strongly advise to stay away from the hotel Nishith Vyas
