Magic views and great location, not too far out however gains an expectational view of the ocean and reef. Spacious and well looked after through out the stay.

We spent the whole time on the gorgeous veranda. Everything was perfect. The host was very helpful and kind, even leaving us homemade cookies!

The hostess Maire was wonderful. She made cookies and baked banana bread during our stay. The villa was filled with fresh flowers and fresh fruit upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Maire!!

We loved this place! it's a little steep to get up to, but very doable. The house is gorgeous and view is amazing. Maire couldn't have been a better hostess. She made us yogurt, brought us fruit and made us banana bread. The house is beautifully decorated, the air conditioning works well throughout, and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms. The balcony has a beautiful view and we loved eatng outside on it both morning and night. The pool is refreshing and beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Our Host Maire greeted us with flower leis and smiles. Everything was exactly as we expected and had hoped for. We loved the environment around the home and especially the home-made banana bread and French vanilla yoghurt.Maire and Tekura were instantly available for questions and suggestions.It was such a lovely stay for my wife and I and our friends (total 3 couples)Mauruuru roa Maire

Villa Teanaiva was wonderful. We were greeted with flower lei by our hostess Maire and her daughter-in-law. The entire house was clean and spotless. All the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. She even made us some homemade chocolate chip cookies and banana bread. Every detail was exquisite, right down to the extra large, fluffy towels. Highly recommend this place for larger families or a bigger group.

Great place

This is an amazing place and the owner and her family were just as amazing. We came in late and they were there to greet us and make us feel at home. The house is modern, clean, well supplied and well built. We highly recommend this rental.

Very nice home with an even nicer hostess unfortunately Airbnb last minute it canceled our reservation so we had to find the last minute lodging. We were lucky to find this place. The pool was nice. They saw their hot water didn’t work the whole time, so they had to turn on the electric water heater and then the water was nice and hot.

Beautiful home beautiful view. Peaceful location. Host could not be any nicer. Lives right on property. Let us into home at 5:00am, greeting us on our arrival. She was so kind and helpful. We had no vehicle she helped us secure rides also she took one of us to pick up food. Home was beautiful. Clean and nicely decorated. Outside space was breath taking. Views were fantastic. Price was very reasonable. We were a party of 6 Americans and could not have found a more relaxing stay before our cruise. Would love to go back and definitely would stay again. We lost a necklace she drove it to pier and returned it to us. She was a wonderful lady.

Our group was composed of three couples. This was a fantastic property, with great owners living just below the rental. We enjoyed beautiful views, terrific outdoor lounging and dining area, as well as a swimming pool. We stayed on property for three nights, but everyone agreed we should have booked an additional night to enjoy the property further. We found the owners to be extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to enjoying this property again when we return to Tahiti in the future.

Wonderful hosts and great accommodations

We stayed for a week in Tahiti at Teanaiva, which was well appointed and a wonderful property. Maire and Tekura went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The stay was a highlight of our vacation. On arrival at 6am we found out that they had been checking flights for arrival times since the previous day, they welcomed us at the gate, had homemade foods for us, and were always available for any questions and requests. Maire brought games for our children, made banana bread, bought chocolates for the kids, etc, etc. we hope to return their warm hospitality one day!

A beautiful home, outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts made the stay comfortable and welcoming. There are maps, local guides and list of resources that will help you make the most of your stay. On the down side, it is not easy to find, but the hosts are accessible and helpful if you need assistance. I would also recommend that you have a car if you want to use the home as a base for tourist activities. It is a long walk up/down a steep hill to get to public transportation.

Exceptional Property & Host

This is truly one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed. We had the pleasure of spending a week at Marie’s accommodation, and it was an absolute delight. The newly renovated property is stunning, and the hospitality rivals that of a five-star hotel. With tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and an abundance of treats like fresh yogurt and fruit from the hosts’ garden, it was an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would definitely book again on a future visit to Tahiti. Thank you, Marie and family, for a wonderful stay!

Our experience at Villa Teanaiva was outstanding. The Villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and the island of Morrea.Everything was vey clean and in excellent condition. We felt like we were staying at a resort. We arrived in the evening and the host greeted us with her family. They were so gracious and kind. They had made delicious yogurt for us to have and provided coffee for our first morning . They had also made chocolate chip cookies. Throughout our stay, they were available to help with anything we needed . We can’t say enough great things about both the host and beautiful home and location. We will definitely book there again when we return to Papeete and will highly recommend it to our friends.
