Clean and spacious hotel

Overall an excellent experience: friendly staffs, clean room, comfy bedding, and great selection for breakfast. The only complaints would be the lighting in the room and the design of the parking entrance/exit. The room is very bright, but it doesnt come with table/reading lamp, so we had to turn off all light when someone want to sleep while others were still widely awake. The underground parking entrance and exit share the same single lane. When we drove up the parkway to exit the parking lot after inserting the token, the car that just entered had to back up along the parkway to the street level so we could get out. Maybe the hotel can design some rules/signs to avoid this for traffics from both directions.

房間乾淨寬敞，停車位多，周遭餐廳多，櫃檯親切講解清楚，會事先提醒入住細節，淋浴的水量充足且溫度夠熱，地磚踩起來很舒服，大廳有24小時飲料及小點心，每層樓有飲水機，冰水很冰超讚（要等一開始幾秒的溫水流掉），以後來埔里會回來住。

我們入住的是尾房，沒有景觀，浴室內的大浴缸沒有浴簾，洗澡後整個浴室濕了一片，好容易會滑倒。其他各方面都不錯，房間空間夠大，飯店在市中心，坐車行街都很方便。
