Villa Vallelunga

This modern villa is located in a prime location near Pula. Untouched pine forest, clear sea and proximity to all amenities allow guests a unique holiday in silence. Valelunga comes from the Italian word Valle lunga which means "long bay". Throughout the 20th century, there was a barracks on Valelungi, so this name became synonymous with the military zone between the railway and the northern side of the port of Pula. Today, after the departure of the army, Valelunga becomes an indispensable tourist part of Pula. Distance from the house to the city center and is about 10 minutes by car. The house itself consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, large living room and open space kitchen. During the decoration, the owners especially appreciated the work of the designer and thus created a special atmosphere in the villa. The large courtyard is surrounded by a wall and thus ensures complete privacy. The large pool is the central location of the courtyard.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.
