Newly built house purchased in October 2017. Located within a private condominium with private pool. Finely furnished with furniture, crockery and new appliances. Equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and in the living room / kitchen; on the patio a nice sofa and armchair for a relaxing evening. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car or in the many white beaches in the neighboring km.

Great stay in Pula with family, good facilities including umbrellas & beach chairs. Good secure gated compound Lovely en-suite & good shower Negatives - single beds too small but okay for a family with younger children 👶 BBQ would have been a bonus as lovely grounds to sit & enjoy around with family. Did not use swimming pool as not directly in front of villa but the beaches were beautiful & not too far. No Wi- Fi available No bedroom mirror Wardrobe hanging space too high Kitchen area little small as not enough worktop area. A small welcome hamper would be nice with few essentials. Overall a great stay as first time in Sardinia 😊

Wonderful

Great place to stay. The property is in a secluded domain about 30 mins from the airport. The house is newly furnished inside, with everything you need. There is a great terrace for sitting outside and looking onto well maintained gardens. The swimming pool is huge with lots of space to sit outside. Location is great. It is a short drive to some of the best beaches we have been to, with Pula and Chia nearby. There is a huge arnage of first class restaurants in the area, a couple within walking distance (just). Owners are friendly and helpful. They were around to meet us and give us all the info we needed and then left us to it. They were kind enough to let us have a later checkout as we had a late flight home too. Highly recommended.

Toller Urlaub in der Nebensaison

Wir wurden sehr freundlichen empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit!!! Da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, waren wir fast die ganz Zeit alleine in der Anlage. Den Pool hatten wir immer für uns alleine. Er war nur sehr kalt. Leider ist die naheliegende Straße sehr laut. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in Kürze die tollsten Strände. Supermärkte sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

modern appartemen

Het appartement is vrij nieuw (2 jaar oud) en modern ingericht. Goede badkamers en bedden. Fijn overdekt terras. Keuken goed uitgerust en tevens beschikking over lichte strandstoelen en parasols om mee te nemen naar het strand. Pula is dichtbij (met auto) en is gezellig dorpjes met fijne terrasjes. Zwembad heeft geen schaduwplek en de autoweg is te horen in de tuin.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub . Es war alles wie vorher angegeben. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung und ein großer Garten , alles sehr gepflegt. Das einzigste was noch verbessert werden könnte, wären Sonnenschirme am Pool . Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, Sonnenschirme ,Strandstühle und Badetücher für den Strand . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend..

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Fehlern.

Mieter sehr nett. Wohnung alles wie beschrieben. Pool ist sehr schön groß. Aber zuviel Chlor drin und überhaupt kein Schatten. Weder Schirme noch Bäume. Hauptstraße sehr laut. Stört beim sitzen auf der schönen Terrasse. Preis ist meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch.

Endroit très agréable

très beau logement, fidèle à la description. Seul bémol, le bruit de la route qui longe la propriété, c'est un peu dérangeant quand on passe la soirée sur la terrasse, mais fenêtre fermée on entend aucun bruit.

Wunderschönes Appartement in traumhafter Anlage mit tollem Pool!

Das Appartement liegt zentral aber geschützt, ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Traum und das gesamte Grundstück umzäunt und geschützt, so dass auch Kinder sich gut dort bewegen und aufhalten können. Die Vermieter sprechen perfekt englisch, sind immer zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit Nähe zu wunderschönen Stränden und historischen Plätzen

Die Anlage und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Auch das Haus ist sehr modern. Der rieisige Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Anlage liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und ist gut zu erreichen von Cagliari. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank.

villetta nuova, ben arredata e ben accessoriata. si trova all'interno di un piccolo complesso di appartamenti con piscina. comoda per l'accesso alle migliori spiagge ad ovest di Cagliari. uniche note: sono ancora da perfezionare alcuni accessori (cerniere delle porte).

Rundum Perfect!

Traum! Ruhig gelegen, optimal zum entspannen. Grosszügige Wohnung mit ein perfekt ausgestatte Küche. Für chillige Abendstunden schöne überdachte Terrasse mit grossen Gartenanteil wo unseren Sohn toll spielen konnte. Am Pool waren wir fast immer allein es war Top gereinigt , super Wassertemperatur. Die Lage gefiel uns, nah zu Städtchen Pula und kurze Fahrten zu Traumstrände von Chia. Danke Leslie für deine grossartige Unterstützung ! Wir kommen wieder!
