The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for use: children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard.

Location
Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday flat is located in a residence, on an enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. 40 m2 one-bedroom flat. The flat is part of a semicircular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for the guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds with Mediterranean maquis, all surrounded by a cool and lush pine forest. The flat is located in the centre of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unattended private car park in front of the house; there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area where we are located is quite quiet and mainly frequented by residents. Therefore, there is little traffic on the internal roads.

Air conditioning. Activation of the air conditioning is possible upon request and for an additional weekly fee. Children's toys, cot, high chair, and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via satellite. The apartments have an LED TV with a satellite decoder, which receives numerous foreign channels.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to early October, diameter 25 m, 1.7 m deep). Paddling pool. Large round swimming pool with separate children's pool, surrounded by greenery and exclusively for use by the residence's guests.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the ground floor, step-free and wheelchair accessible, and leads directly into the living room with doors to all rooms. Access to the flat is via shared stone paths that lead to the front covered veranda, which is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. From the veranda, a glass sliding door leads into the living room with kitchenette. Eat-in kitchen with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV, dining area and access to the loggia (6 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed (king size), 1 cot, and a toddler bed for up to 35 months is available on request at an additional cost of €25 per week.

The room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a window with mosquito netting. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (4 burners), fridge (230 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the loggia (6 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs).
