The Baia delle Palme Residence is located in a large park surrounded by palm trees, behind which lies the free beach of Cala Brianza, just 250 meters from the residence. Foxi "e Sali beach is just 800 meters away. The residence is in a quiet and private location and features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace, a bar, and a spacious relaxation area. The residence is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from Cagliari port and airport. A golf course and a riding stable are nearby. The apartments are arranged in a semicircle around the pool and are available on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony, both equipped with a table and chairs. All apartments overlook the park. The swimming pool with children's area is open from April 13th to October 25th, weather permitting. Notes: The tourist tax is payable in cash on site. FINAL CLEANING (per apartment): Included. Kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guest or for an additional fee of €50.00. WiFi only on the balcony or patio.
