I have stayed in the hotel twice, soon to be three time staff in a few months. Once with a friend and once with my family. The hotel has clean and tidy well equipped rooms, has a great restaurant and a little bar. The hotel is well used by Spanish people, perhaps people in the area on business but locals also appear to eat in the restaurant or take an evening drink outside. The reception staff are friendly and speak English. It is situated on a street with two other hotels and a pension. This hotel is bigger than it looks from the street and offers excellent value for money.

You'll stay in a good hotel, directly between Hotel Ronda I and Ronda II. The hotel seems to be smaller than it is. The rooms are air conditioned and have a seperate bathroom. The rooms are clean compared to spanish standard. The breakfest you can order frol the menu. Only disadvantage are the missing parking slots in front of.

Fantastic family run hotel with great services and lovely food. We had a lovely time, staff are polite and the service is nice and friendly. Fantastic value for money and very highly recommended. Great find

Me and my husband stayed here over new year to attend a wedding near by. We had a very enjoyable stay, our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also ate in the restaurant and found the food to be very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Booked a triple room but on arrival got told none available so had 2 x double not great for me, my husband and our 6 yr old, at time of booking told rate inc breakfast then had to pay for breakfast on check out as apparently now not included. Beds are tiny as are the bathrooms. It was clean but for the same money there are far better hotels near by

Given that this isn't a boutique hotel and it doesn’t have a pool but for what it is everything was fine. The room. Comfortable and very clean.Wifi worked well. We didn't pay extra for a view so instead had a view of a pretty court yard. there was no fridge (would have been nice) or coffee making facilities (not expected in Spain). The staff helpful and friendly The restaurant tasty and not over priced. If I were to go back to the area I’d happily stay here.

This is the typical sea hotel, nothing of excellent, few essential services but enough for people who will stay all day outside and need a place for a shower and to rest from this point of view this hotel is good, staff hearty and available Wifi not excellent above all in the night but accettable The free parking is almost impossible to be used, few places, but there is the hotel parking and we could use it free as their offer otherwise the price is acceptable The quadruple room is not so big, 2 double beds in a little room but it's acceptable The bathroom was big enough and well cared The real problem was the air conditioned that did not work as necessary The air that came out was not really cold, just fresh, and with summer temperature this is not good. In the common areas air conditioned was good, so i suppose that just that device did not work: I suggest to do something in order to fix it In any case price/quality ratio very good

This was a great stay. This hotel is a 3 star hotel, but it is a great find and is an excellent choice and for that I give it a 5. This is very affordable place to stay. From entering the establishment we were greeted with a smile and treated well. Gentleman spoke English but we tried to speak Spanish. Our room was on 4th floor and we had a nice size balcony (great to let kids run some energy out or have coffee or a glass of wine in morning or night). The AC blows very cold. The room is basic, but we knew this going there. The beds were firm but not hard. We all had a good night sleep. The wi-fi worked well in our room. TV had plenty of channels. The curtains are blackout which are needed since facing sunrise. Kept our room nice in dark while sleeping. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was great. It was made to order and the staff checked on us to make sure we were happy with it along with if we needed anything else. Pets are permitted here and they also have an elevator. It is small about 3 or 4 people can fit at a time. We used public parking (which was free)across the street, but they did say they had some parking. We had a big SUV so public parking was easier for us. If willing to walk there is little park close by for kids to use along with a variety of places to eat from Chinese restaurant, Doner Kebap, and even an ice cream shop All about 1/3 of mile or less. I definitely would go back again. It is pretty easy on and off the highway so easy to go into Valencia or where ever from here. The staff made us all feel welcome and I cannot say enough nice things about them.

On the outskirts of Valencia. Good location for an overnight stop or a base. It doesn't have loads of facilities but that is reflected in the price. We were made to feel welcome. We had a very reasonable dinner and standard Spanish breakfast. If we are back in the area we would definitely visit again.

Have now stayed here several times and seen the hotel aspire to its current status...it is a great place to stay with excellent rooms and facilities...the owners are never far away and make sure your stay is as good as possible..there are some great bars in the town and some really good tapas....close to the motorway giving access north or south to the fabulous Valencia...if you want somewhere slightly away from the main city but close enough to visit..... Casbah is great...
