Come enjoy a wonderful stay at the popular Avida Residences Building in Puerto Vallarta's vibrant Zona Romantica! This home will be your cosmopolitan home away from home as you check out the wonderful beaches, food, shopping and nightlife of our wonderful city! You'll enjoy the thoughtful touches and additions the owner have made to this Super Studio style suite. We're excited to host you, let us know if you have any questions!
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.
** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **
Important : From June 1st to 15th, 2026, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, there may be some noise and workers in the area carrying out the improvements.
