Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this studio is cozy, full of light, and chock full of amenities. There's roof deck right outside the door, with a small pool and a great view of the Pacific. And inside, there's a queen bed, full kitchen, purified water, W/D, AC, WiFi, a Smart TV, and an elevator. There's even a bidet!

Important to Know: The roof deck is not private, but it's rarely used. The condo is halfway up a hill, but still just a 7 min walk to the sea. Plus, Ubers or InDrives are a quick click away.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Nice studio, rooftop patio with pool is super sweet. I had it to myself, nobody else comes up there. Unit has pretty well all you need for a simple meal. Loved the speaker Adam supplied, great to take out to the deck. Beautiful views! Great washer/dryer! You need to be in decent shape to travel up and down the hill without a vehicle. Earplugs are recommended, dogs and roosters in the neighborhood! I would stay there again!

Great place. Adam the Host thought of everything. Its a small building and everyone I met are lovley. The studio is very clean and well equiped. :)
