While the resort offers a pleasant atmosphere, I found that the rooms can occasionally experience humidity. We enjoyed the majority of the restaurants we visited; however, there was one that didn't quite meet our expectations. It would be great if the drinks could be served with a bit more quality, as we often felt they were watered down. We ended up mixing our drinks ourselves to get a better taste of the alcohol. On a positive note, the staff were consistently polite and attentive throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it was not very reliable during our visit.

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel, the staff, the food the drinks were great! I have to say this solo trip was booked to relax. I did an excursion that was amazing ! but the hotel was a little too quiet. I believe that the entertainment could’ve been more live! An opportunity to have a DJ and some dance music to really dance would have made my stay over the top! There was live music, but maybe open up the dance floor! But I would definitely go back!

The hotel is top-notch when it comes to cleanliness, facilities, service, and food. Everything exceeded expectations, especially the attentive waitstaff and overall quality. The only area for improvement would be the pool area—specifically, a larger pool, more shaded cabanas, and additional trees to enhance comfort and ambiance.

My husband and I have stayed at 5 all-inclusive resorts and this was by far the least enjoyable. We chose it based on high ratings, but it fell well below expectations. While the grounds and restaurant settings are beautiful and staff work hard (special thanks to Santiago, our favorite bartender), the overall experience felt low quality. Cons: Rooms are very basic, pools and shower water are uncomfortably warm. Food is very mediocre & small menus. Buffet is plentiful and fresh but low quality. No lunch options from 11–12. Fruity drinks tasted artificially sweetened. The room service menu is virtually a joke. Cards needed for pool towels & you aren’t allowed to get towels at sister properties! QR codes only for menus, no sports bar bathroom, had to PAY for pool table. Entertainment was hit-or-miss, lobby bar lacked music most nights, and the Riu app is slow and glitchy. Swim-up bar water looked dirty, dirty floors in room & there was an open bottle of water in our room when we checked in. Worst of all, two necklaces and a pair of earrings went missing when I forgot to lock them in the safe. Pros: Beautiful grounds, fun foam party, great Asian restaurant, cold buffets at the Italian and Mexican spots were a nice touch. Get the short rib at Krystal! Kudos to all the hard working bartenders and servers! If this is your first all-inclusive, it may impress, but experienced travelers will likely find it severely lacking.

This was probably the best family vacation we’ve ever had. The property is incredible. It has amazing restaurants on site, endless food and drinks, high quality entertainment in the evenings, and the rooms are impeccable. The staff is friendly, positive, and attentive to your needs. Oh yeah—the beach access and pools are beautiful too. Highly recommend. This is what a vacation looks and feels like.

Property was clean, staff were nice and helpful. Restaurants had variety of options. Stake restaurant was always full of people all the time. Need to be there early if you want to eat stake.

We were here prior they remodeled it in 2023 and very happy with everything at this hotel, much more happier then staying at it this time. Food is very different now, it's on the bad side tho. Peninsula is the main buffet restaurant, and everyday I saw flies landed on the cold food areas (like ham, cheese and deserts). After we tried all of the restaurants on site I feel like they cut down on fresh produces and ingredients, and the chefs aren't that good. Steak house is serving only outside, if you concern about the heat and mosquitos you will have to get yourself prepare before sit down for dinner at this restaurant. Cocktails are bad too! I tried at least 5 different kinds, and cannot find either one of them is a
