The staff was so nice and always there for anything you needed. The waiters were incredibly attentive to all our needs. Best service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Food was great and many options to eat. They are constantly cleaning the place. We had our wedding there, everything came out perfect. Very exclusive hotel and you get treated amazing.

Checking in at the hotel was the worst experience.

The goods Very nice property Everyone friendly Food was good and I'm very picky and always found something to eat 24hrs room service Not to far from airport (25 min ) Easy check in The Bads 1 restroom only by the pool and restaurants (2 public restrooms total on property 1 big pool only (and lots of people didn't take no restroom breaks) Need more live entertainment during day they come for 15 minutes and disappear for 3 hrs Play music around pool when entertainment group is gone I had broken foot so hard to get around on crutches lots of stairs and wet floors (very slippery and you can't see specially the only bathroom very wet by the pool and they had stairs to get to them) They don't change American money No clubs on property if you want to go to disco you have to take taxi about 4 to 5 cab ride each way But still very nice property we have stayed at a lots of Riu hotels but probably would not come back

The service, and overall experience isn’t the best I’ve had from a Rui stay. Staff wasn’t the friendliest, room cleaning service sucked. Upgraded to a hot tub suite on site and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Definitely won’t go back.

The view was beautiful. Employees were so kind. The beach and pool area were cleaned everyday. Lots of activities to join in on.

Great service and food was great friendly staff great shows

pool needs to be redone lots of missing tiles. other than that great hotel

The restaurants are by far the best restaurants we have had at a resort. The staff are friendly and resorts cleanliness is excellent.

The property was beautiful. There was a wide variety of food but nothing that tasted amazing. They could also stand to replace their pillows which were flat and offered no support. Other than those two minor things, RIU Palace Pacifico was amazing.

The food was not excellent but good overall! Staff was great and definitely a very clean place

The grounds were amazing but the rooms and interior could use some updating. The beds, sheets, and pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and always available to help.

This property was amazingly clean ans constantly being cleaned. The employees were respectful amd polite. Howeber the food was no good at all. It was very boring and had no flavor. The restaurants had at minimum an hour wait 5 to 10 mintues after opwn wven though i watched as they had many tables open and not being used. The pool and view was great however the closest bathroom is very far away and about a 5 minute wall from the beach. There was only 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Also the prices the front desks charges for things is just ridiculous. I feel like they are takimg advantage of tourist not having a way to leave and being unfamiliar with the real cost of things in mexico. I also think with the price of a room per night for this hotel and the amount of guests they get per day the should off shuttles to and from airport to prevent their guest from getting scammed at the airport by 30 taxi drivers yelling prices out.

Very well maintained, excellent service from a friendly and professional staff

No bathroom close to the pool, beach area, so we had to walk inside the building where you would expect to be a line being the only close bathroom, but it wasn’t, that’s so avious people pee in the pool. Buffet was poor, not real chevice could be found at lunch nor dinner buffet; disappointing. The breakfast buffet is until 11:30, if you come 10:30 they stop making omelets, they are out of bread , bagels, chopped onion, crepe etc... Something broke in the comon bathroom; still the same after days If you don’t serve dinner at these a la carte restaurants earlier than 7, they won’t let you in , or tip the main guy 10$ and you will get a reservation. The sport bar has some games like billiard, you have to pay for it , not free as is sopouse to be . Majority of people 95% are 60-80 years old . They don’t accept us dollard , any other curency is fine , but no US dollars , works only for tip. Taxi from airport to Riu palace 20$ , they ask for 30 or 40 ; be prepared. Keep the square paper with entry visa on it , you need it at the airport when leaving Mexico . If you loos it , it cost 500 pesos = 30 $ . The guy at the immigration boot in the airport is corrupt, instead of 60$ me and my friend we paid only 30 with no receipt.

Lots of options for food in the buffet. Only tried the japanese specialty resturant it was excellent. Facility was a bit outdated. beds were ok. Pool was nice. No bathrooms close to the pool. Staff was very friendly.
