Located in Conchas Chinas, only minutes from the famous Conchas Chinas Beach. On the fourth floor, the unit boasts two bedrooms with king-size beds and 2.5 bathrooms.

The unit boasts air conditioning throughout and a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is seating for four at the oversized island. The open concept flows through to the living room where there is lots of seating and open to the balcony with view of the ocean and pool.

Please note a neighbouring property does have dogs which frequently bark and guests who are sensitive to noise may be bothered, however this is not a unit in the same building but a neighbouring house (our unit is on the fourth floor above).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Awesome place

Really lovely place. Facilities were clean and had all the necessary amenities to do self catering. Having a pool on site was a super bonus. Austin's communication was excellent throughout. The location is great for getting to 'down town'. Would certainly recommend this accommodation.
