The location was central but ok if you like very loud music in the middle of the night

The Good: The pool is pretty as is the view from the roof. The location is nice for walking to the Plaza and restaurants. The Bad: This is a bit rough - nothing cushy about this stay. We spent 40 minutes trying to find street parking. Hotel doesn't have any parking of its own. Rooms are tiny and don't have garbage cans. The elevator is closed (maybe for COVID?). The hot water doesn't work before 8am. The wifi goes out if it rains. Bathroom sliding glass door doesn't/can't close all the way and it's super close to the beds.

Good afternoon Rachel. Yes, as we have stated before, noise comes from the town, not form our facilities. Sad to see that because of this, the effort of our staff gets affected in your qualification.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable comments of your recent stay. Sayulita Town is a bit complicated regarding Parking areas, there are parking lotes for your benefit, Our rooms do have garbage cans, located inside the restroom and under the counter top, we haven´t got any water issues as it runs 24 hrs. maybe took a bit of time to come out from your shower. For safety reasons and to avoid crystal to expode or get broken, the sliding door has about an inch of distance from the wall. Thank you very much
