You'll be a 2 minute walk to the Malecon, central plaza and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, dine. shop and sightsee and then return to one of the most spectacular rooftop pools in the area to cool down and relax. This 1 bedroom 1 Bath apartment is in a fresh modern rebuilt (2014) 6 Unit condo building nestled on one of the famous cobblestone streets of the Centro Zone.
*** POOL WORK - The building has informed us that the pool will be closed for a period of 2 weeks starting April 8, 2024 while it undergoes repair/maintenance. We have reduced the nightly rate to accommodate this amenity closure during this period. Thank you for understanding.
