This recently refurbished home located in a classic suburb, where you'll feel like a local, the best part is we're close to the sea
Designed for all types of guests who want to relax and at the same time have spaces for socializing. You will find self-service stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, health clinics, restaurants, variety of street food, coffee shops, liquor stores, parks and Palmar de Aramara market, with endless local products and places to eat, all this in a 5-minute walk from home
This three-bedroom house describes the distribution of a typical home in the port, which, under its tiled roofs, houses beautiful gardens at the front and in the backyard, and spacious social and rest areas.
The interior design represents the freshness of a beach house, evoking a feeling of peace and allowing natural vegetation to stand out as the main character. All the spaces have been designed intentionally respecting the region's materials, textures, and colours using natural and local textiles and wood as their central elements.
The bedrooms were designed with the intention of giving you a relaxing time, with blackout curtains, new soft mattresses, and air conditioning, you will feel in heaven, the singing birds will wake you up in the mornings and if you are lucky enough you'll see hummingbirds in the flowers of the back yard.
