Nice place but the the host from Hell

The unit was ok, the host provided us lock codes after we arrived at the building and we entered out unit therewas already in the unit. Our host had double booked the unit and then left us stranded. VRBO didn't offer didn't help with any solution to the issue while we were in Puerto Vallarta. It was up to us to book and pay for an alternative location. The host refused to communicate through the vrbo app,
