Room was ok, good size, but no bathrobes, no slippers, very basic. TV didn’t work for 3 days. Staff was moderately friendly, but not super helpful. Very poor choice of food - very few restaurants for such large property, strange schedule for restaurants, quality of food is mediocre with very high prices. Almost no activities and no entertainment.

While the staff was friendly, the property was picturesque (especially the beachfront area), and our oceanfront was lovely, our whole experience was marred by the continuous motorized cart traffic on the pristine beachfront sections of this property. The ongoing cart traffic, in front of the oceanfront rooms and in front of and behind the oceanfront lounge chairs, was constant and gas fumes emitted from the carts from the cartswere quite unpleasant, the all was intolerable, disappointing, and marred our whole experience, and especially given that t . While there are signs posted on designated strolling walkways noting that motorized vehicles were not permitted, staff chose to use the beachfront as their continuous highway, with many parking to speak on their cellphones obstructing the beach views. While we reported our concerns to security and the front desk, showing photos and videos of the continuous traffic disruptions (in front of the ocean front rooms and in front of and behind the beachfront lounge chairs), and while security indeed confirmed that only certain personnel were authorized to drive on the beachfront, nothing was done to address the issue. a, particularly by staff whom are not authorized to drive on the most pristine part of this beachfront property. The cart traffic was intolerable, and marred our whole experience given the motorized sounds and gas fumes emitted by these vehicles.

Not only is this an absolutely beautiful location, but the staff is the nicest, most friendly staff every time we visit. The layout of the campus also allows for way more privacy by the rooms and suites versus other "resorts" or hotels I have stayed at. The bugalows feel more like a home than a resort room, as they are separated from the noisy and busy areas.

Disappointing stay here. While the property is beautiful and the staff are friendly, our experience was not relaxing or worth the money. 1) the food is not good. We were forced off site to find a good meal. 2) there was constant noise and loud music. From a wedding the first day followed by an all weekend CrossFit conference, the hotel was chaotic, packed, and loud. 3) the staff drive loud gas-powered golf carts everywhere and constantly. This hotel should replace their fleet of golf carts with quiet electric carts. 4) poor decision to have a dirt road right between the ocean and the rooms- impossible to enjoy the view with trucks whizzing by or beeping loudly while they back up. I strongly suggest going elsewhere if you want a relaxing vacation.

To far from other resources so hotel takes that to make more money $36 for breakfast that’s straight high way robbery and after 930 pm no more room service that sucks , it was raining cats and dogs so I was stuck in room starving . Room was never cleaned my whole stay . Check I I did not get what I paid for no balcony I hated that because I ask for balcony . Not a bad place but I would never stay again or recommend

Pros: Room was nice, clean, and beautiful scenery and ambiance. Cons Pricey rest.in resort and wont accept food deliveries at the lobby, needed to travel on a golf cart to get my food at the security point. Beach is not good for swimming. Rent a car to get around.
